My experience with this company has been profoundly disappointing. From the outset, I was subjected to misleading claims and hollow assurances designed to pressure me into signing a contract under false pretences. Promises made by the team, many of which formed the basis of my decision to engage their services, simply never materialised. Their approach has been reactive rather than proactive, with a conspicuous absence of initiative or follow-through. Communication has been poor, customer service has been consistently substandard, and attempts to raise concerns have either been ignored or deflected with further misinformation. In my view, this company operates in a manner that lacks transparency and integrity. I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before entering into any agreement. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them and would urge prospective clients to look elsewhere.

We used Royston & Lund for 2 property sales and a property purchase this year and they have been fantastic throughout. Matt, Harry & Sarah were all well informed of the progress of our transactions and any queries were dealt with promptly. Shout out to Nick - the best estate agent! I have been looking for a house in the Wilford, West Bridgford and Ruddington area for months. I have seen over 20 houses with multiple different agencies. Nick was an absolute stand out agent! He instantly approached the visit differently to any other agent I have viewed with and came equipped with facts and ideas about the property. If only all visits were like this! It was great from a buyers perspective.

We chose Royston & Lund to sell our house last year as first time sellers. We were initially impressed with R&L at the beginning but the service slowly started to deterioirate after that. The viewing process was fine and we accepted an offer. There were problems encountered in the chain below us later on. Throughout this and the sales progression stage, it never felt like R&L had our best interests at heart. There was another house in the chain below us also using R&L and it felt like that had an impact on our poor service. We had to chase continuosly to get updates at progression stage including leaving a number of voicemails and emails before getting a response over a week later. We were continually updated by the agents (FHP) who were acting for our vendors throughout the process so we rather gave up on asking for updates from R&L. Overall, R&L didn't cover themselves in glory and I'm not sure we would use them again.

As a landlord, they let the property below market value, all they do when managing is forward messages to and from your tenant. Albeit slowly. Which made them pointless. In the end of easier easier and quicker to speak directly to the tenant. As a tenant, they told my landlord I had ccj's which I didn't, causing me to almost lose the property, I had to pay 12 months up front because of this, they were slow to release deposit and tried to wangle deductions under light cleaning. This company are completely incompetent never received any apology. Would never use or recommend.

Highly recommended. They give you professional advice from valuation to sales completion. Special compliment to Lucy! She provided an outstanding and highly professional service throughout a very challenging process. We were dealing with three interconnected transactions involving three parties, all of which were very close to falling through. Estate agents don't always get a 'good rap', but our experience of using Royston & Lund has been consistently positive from beginning to end. This was particularly valuable, and appreciated, as we live a long way from the house we were selling, so could not be on hand for most of the process. When I initially met Graham Sheardown, to value the house, he was knowledgeable, professional, straightforward and helpful. The process of producing the particulars and taking photos was well organised and went smoothly - again, much appreciated as it was all done remotely. During the sales phase, Gab Guy and her colleagues were well organised, energetic and responsive to our queries - and also kept us informed of progress, again very valuable as we were so far away. Voicemails left were reliably returned, which was a pleasant surprise, compared to so many organisations of all types. Finally, during the rather complicated, and thus drawn out, sales progression phase, Jodie and her team went above and beyond in their efforts to 'reel in the prize' and get us all to completion. I can't recall previously having had such an excellent experience with an estate agent!

Totally disorganised. Supposed to have a named agent looking after you but invariably passed from one to another. Some of their communications were appalling and lacked common sense and basic English. Would not recommend to anyone nb In reply to the RL response G Finch is an Internet name. I did use your Company and may add that Matt and the other chap at Keyworth were excellent however the WB office was appalling. I shall not name names but I did request the one in question to be taken off my case. It did not happen.

I have had the worst experience with this company. Me and my partner went after a property via this company, I had to make multiple complaints to management about how we was being treated by the staff. After we got passed all this we finally got our dream home, 48 hours before completion the sellers pulled out. 2 weeks later royston and lund have relisted the property! They clearly care more about the money over messing with people's lives. Used Royston and Lund to sell our property recently, once it didn’t sell in week one they seemed to lose interest. Communication and feedback non existent throughout the process, never once got a call to ask how it was going or to suggest why we hadn’t sold. Once we handed our notice in to remove the property from the market they never even asked why or asked if they could do anything, I’d choose an agent who’s interested in your property.
