The team at the West Bridgford branch have been outstanding in managing the recent sale of my property. Friendly, courteous and professional, Amanda initially and then Lauren were both brilliant. Amazing experience - Thank you Alicia!

We were looking for a property and needed somewhere quickly due to starting a new job. When we entered RexGooding to look at a particular property it was no longer available but Alicia sat with us and showed us properties within our price range. She agreed to show us a property that same day. We took the property and since our first interaction, Alicia has been our first point of call if we've had any issues. She has been prompt with sending documents through and made our renting experience so easy when it could have been really stressful! Really pleased with how everything has been handled. Awful service, one thing I don’t understand is why would you book in just a handful of viewings for a property for just one day each week. I’ve tried a number of times now to view a property and there is only ever one day available each week to view the one property. Which IS now still available….. do the property owners know you’re only allowing 4 viewings a week for a property and limiting their chance of landing a decent tenant.. Very odd and poor service.

Worst staff ever in Nottingham. They told me to come to view a house Today at 16:00, but now they said that I'm not on the list a lost day for me and my girlfriend EDIT. If you search all negative reviews, you will see that they've got excuses for everything. They told me to come on 30.08.2022 at 16:00 by phone a few days ago. And no, I did not abuse your team. I spoke calmly and firmly with all your staff, but they were insulting, and they threatened me with Police if I didn't leave the parking lot where I was in MY car very arrogant!!
