Rex Gooding acted on behalf of the house we were purchasing. Updates from Lauren and the team were regular and always ahead of the estate agents I sold my property with. I believe Lauren did all that she could in order for us to complete before our mortgage offer expired, which in the current climate has saved us a lot of money compared to if we hadn't have met the deadline. Communication was always friendly and professional. Overall a great experience.

Since moving into my flat 5 years ago it’s been a pleasure working with the team at Rex, from arranging the viewing to getting the keys was an easy and stress free process. Since moving, any issues or queries are quickly replied to and actioned. Property inspection is hassle free, The repair and maintenance team arranged come out quickly and ever one i have dealt with has been polite and friendly and a stress free experience since moving in. This regular maintenance visit was well organized. The contractor carrying out the work was known to me from previous visits and kept in good contact with me prior to the appointment. He was friendly and professional and completed the work quickly and with minimum fuss. It was just unfortunate for both of us that the work was scheduled on one of the hottest days of the year.

We had Rex Gooding as our estate agent/landlord for little over two years. They were always clear and quick to communicate with us when sorting inspections or problems. Jackie Richard was really good with us as well. Much better than our previous estate agents who honestly looked like they didn’t care. Rex Gooding were also brilliant when our landlords were planning on selling our property, helping us trying to find a new flat and communicating with us well about the whole situation. Only complaint would be that they didn’t allow pets but I think that’s down to the owner of the building actually! Would recommend.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Rented a property for over nine years. Management is totally non-existent. Promises not kept. Maintenance men were good but they were contractors. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. My son is with them at the moment and he has to carry out his own repairs. Jackie is a waste of space and I would sack her on the spot as would several other people in the area where I live. They employ youngsters who fill in false reports. I should know as I took them to tribunal and won my case. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could name and shame the Richard that was my landlord. Never did any maintenance himself. Flat was in a disgusting state when I moved in. I redecorated at my own expense. I even found some of his personal belongings after the previous tenant had moved out. Private landlords like him should be fined.NB for Richard read D**k.
