Solid service when viewing and throughout a relatively smooth purchase - not pushy for feedback on house viewings, but efficient with relevant communications when needed when purchasing. Knowledgeable and helpful across the team. While you don't get a choice of agents when buying a house, they would certainly be top of the list if we were to be selling a property in the near future.

GoogleOne can only speak as one finds, but since the property I am in was transferred to Rex Gooding's oversight in West Bridgford, the difference in care has outstandingly improved; one example is that I have been treated with respect, something tenants don't always receive from estate agents looking after a property

GoogleThe lady who deals with our enquiries has no customer service skills at all. I feel like filtering out her emails, if I rented out a home - I'd be embarrassed to have Rex Gooding representing me. Luckily the landlord is very polite and would rather deal with him directly. Terrible agency!
