GoogleOne can only speak as one finds, but since the property I am in was transferred to Rex Gooding's oversight in West Bridgford, the difference in care has outstandingly improved; one example is that I have been treated with respect, something tenants don't always receive from estate agents looking after a property

GoogleThe lady who deals with our enquiries has no customer service skills at all. I feel like filtering out her emails, if I rented out a home - I'd be embarrassed to have Rex Gooding representing me. Luckily the landlord is very polite and would rather deal with him directly. Terrible agency!

GoogleI have been using Rex Gooding for years as my letting agent and have never had any issues with them. They have always been efficient at finding me a tenant, are competitive with their fees and all the staff are friendly and all in the same office! wouldn't hesitate to recommend them...
