We were very sceptical about estate agents but found Frank Innes a very good one to work with. We initially had Tony come to value our property. He was very helpful and professional. We were probably fortunate in buying a property through them too. We were looked after by Sharon who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She kept us informed and worked closely with the relevant Solicitor and Conveyancer. In fact anyone we spoke to in the office were very polite and helpful and followed through with whatever information was required. The whole process went very smoothly indeed - we couldn't have asked fore more.

If you want exceptional care and attention to detail, Frank Innes is, in my opinion, the place to sell your property... As our second experience with Frank Innes, West Bridgford, this was even better than the first! The team as a whole demonstrate insight, offer exceptional communication and have the capacity to handle complex issues to the satisfaction of all parties. Our principal contact was Sharon Walker who managed to take COVID, Power of Attorney, a remote client and multiple solicitors all in her stride whilst maintaining positive and helpful attitude.

Really poor customer service from Sharon. I overpaid rent and so was due money back. Almost two months later and no refund. My emails were unanswered, and I made multiple calls where she would say she was "just processing it as we speak"...but clearly wasn't... and "sorry for the delay, it's just one of those little things I keep pushing back". Awful. Every time I ring she is trying to end the call as quickly as possible and laughs everything off....I was still speaking when she hung up today. She's now said it should come through in a few weeks (another long wait)....but we shall see!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

The only positive about point I have about this place is Hayley, she has been helpful and supportive with queries we’ve had. However, apart from her we have received nothing but appalling service from Frank Innes and countrywide. From prior to our tenancy with them trying to get more rent from us despite the property being advertised on all platforms at a specific price. To being pressured into allowing someone access to the property in the middle of lockdown to take a cutting of a rose. Finally, we are two and a half months after our tenancy ending and we are no closer to even knowing how much of the deposit, if any is being returned to us. Every time we chase we are being told they are awaiting confirm from the landlord. We are being charged for missing items despite having evidence that these were not in the property, or correspondence from Frank Innes to remove specific items. When given this evidence, we are told we should I’ll be kept updated with the landlords comments, however we then have to chase, only to be told two and half months later that supposedly items are damaged, not shown in the checkout as so with no damage caused by ourselves and told we will have to bear the cost with no evidence. The entire process has quite frankly been outrageous. Fortunately we are home owners and no longer need to rent, but should we ever sell we certainly will not be using countrywide. Avoid at all costs.

The service I have received this morning from Sharon was horrendous. I rang to view the barn conversion in Gamston Villiage and the response I got was "we did viewings yesterday and I'm expecting 5 applications today so I'll have to give you a call Tuesday I'd nothing's happened" I have worked in and for Frank Innes before and I'm disgusted. I'm off work today and wanted to view and if I liked it I would probably have put the deposit Down today and started the application process but I wasn't given the option!! Extremely disappointing. Also when she asked me where myself and my husband lived at present and I said "Carlton" there was a disapproving snigger!! Don't judge people as you have no idea what our circumstances are or what we earn!! I'm absolutely raging this morning!! BAD SERVICE

Charlene negotiated an excellent sale price and Sharon was always there at the end of the phone to sort out problems - there were quite a few at both ends of the chain. Tony was on hand to help resolve many of these problems. I mustn't forget Cherry who was often the first port of call when I rang - always a cheery greeting before she passed me on to one of the others. Overall, a very stressful time was made that bit easier and I still wake up on some mornings amazed that I made it! A big 'thank you' to the team at Frank Innes. This is the key, of course, they work as a team.

They were able to hone in on my particular needs and I really think this helped me to fit in more viewings than I would have done otherwise. Plus this stopped me wasting the time of sellers. I met Sharon firstly at Frank Innes West Bridgford. She's very professional and friendly and I felt encouraged to take the first step towards selling my house. I had presentations from several West Bridgford agents and a few of them made me feel particularly pressured to give them my business. However I was very impressed with Tony's presentation and decided to go with Frank Innes. Whilst the selling experience was fraught with problems, thanks to my buyer - they were all dealt with expertly by the team at Frank Innes, particularly Tony, Charlene and Jamie.
