There are a host of estate agents on West Bridgford, which as a property hotspot. I short listed 3 who were quick to offer their services and make convincing cases as to why I should choose them. Tony Cotterill from Frank Innes stood out as he was able to answer all my queries and offer to sell my house at a price which I felt was reasonable in the least possible time, all evidenced by Rightmove data and experience. Fees remained competitive and I specifically chose a solicitor on their panel (though I was under no complulsion to do so!) as they offered a "no sale-no fee guarantee". The house went on the market soon after, viewings were organised soon after and an offer received within days. The normal ensuing back and forth between buyer and seller was handled efficiently and professionally by Tony's colleagues Kiann and Liam who were able to navigate the process through some treacly waters. They took my lead though always offered advice and counsel. Kiann and Liam were extremely patient with my repeated badgering to move the sale along and be the crucial link between the buyers and sellers and their solicitors. That meant we completed in 2.5 months. Amazing!!! I have already recommended Frank Innes to others and will continue to do so. Trust, local knowledge, the belief that for my estate agent, their client's/seller's interest was paramount and staff like Kian and Liam who were willing to listen and help were key to my choosing Frank Innes.

Just sold my property through Frank innes and I couldn’t recommend them more. The property was listed and they managed to find me a full asking price buyer the same day! I dealt mainly with Tony who was fantastic, constantly checking in with me to see how the sale was progressing with the solicitors and willing to chase up instantly and happily for me whenever I had heard no news. AVOID THIS AGENT. My daughter has just won a case at Nottingham Crown Court in connection with rats in her rented house. She has a 2 year old and the Agent/Landlord/Management company all confirmed in writing it was the tenants responsibility. She paid £204 for an urgent pest controller. Within days we Goggled and found the Landlord/tenant Act 1985, it is actually the landlords responsibility to pay and resolve the matter. This incident was back in July 25, today she won a Crown court judgement and the Landlord ordered to pay her the full fees plus costs. WHY didn’t the Agent/Management company know the Law in relation to this matter in the first place. The stress this has caused to my daughter was immense. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
