Disgraceful agent. No morals or ethic in their business, money hungry agents will stop at nothing to ensure they snare the best piece of the pie. I had an offer accepted, provided ID. The next day received a call saying another bid had been taken. This means they were still trying to make a buck and taking offers having approved mine. Cowboys, steer clear. Very unprofessional! We engaged the West Bridgford office in mid 2020 to facilitate the sale of our residential property. We found them to be competitively priced and all of the staff we spoke to were professional. We had a few issues with the sale in terms of a buyer at the end of the chain suddenly deciding to finance the purchase through a company and then subsequently pulling out of the initial sale. Our main contact, Sharon Walker, was fantastic throughout. We were kept updated of the changing situation, she was proactive in liaising with solicitors, estate agents and buyers while remaining friendly, helpful and professional. Jessi has really opened our eyes into a modern world of the rental process! She is so much fun, really caring yet super professional. When me and my girlfriend applied for a property, she created a Whatsapp group for us which was really exciting because she sent us photos of updates whenever she re-visited the property and when she got the keys etc. When we moved in we also got a lovely card from her congratulating us on our new place! We've been in rented for years and this has been a really exciting, new method that Jessi ( and only Jessi I think does this) uses! She really is an asset :) Thank you!!!

Fantastically dedicated and professional - We were both massively impressed with The West Bridgford team. Special mentions for Sharon and Kim who must have been sick of the sound of my voice by the end of the process, but who both went above and beyond on our behalf on what was a pretty bumpy journey. I would highly recommend Frank Innes to anyone. One word of caution. Do not be persuaded to go with their conveyancing option, Countrywide, who were truly awful.

Frank Innes is by far the best estate agents I have dealt with in Nottingham. I was fortunate enough to have Jessi Pabla take us through the whole process and she was always extremely friendly and willing to help. Filling forms out with other estate agencies was always a pain and they tried to find some fancy but painful way of doing it. Frank Innes provided a simple yet intuitive method of filling their forms and the company they use for referencing allowed us to see exactly how far along we were in the whole process which put our worrying at ease. I've been dealing with Jessi Pabla in the lettings department at Frank Innes, she is absolutely amazing to deal with, knowledgeable , the entire process was professional. Having moved back to the UK recently, Jessi assisted with all my questions I had for her. If she didnt know the answer she researched for me and got back to me. I was in touch with other local letting agents in West Bridgeford, but their level of service does not come anywhere close to Jessi's and her teams. Frank Innes have been brilliant with the sale of our house. Tony did a fantastic job initially marketing the house, we were really happy with the photographs and how the house was presented. The whole team kept us informed and gave prompt feedback after viewings. We were really impressed with Morgan who we had alot of contact with after accepting an offer. We felt she went above and beyond to push our sale through and kept us informed of what was happening.
