GoogleHad a really tough experience during my tenancy at a property due to persistent issues with the management company. James (who initially let the property to me) was empathetic and supportive throughout the entire year and did all that he could to help despite it not being his fault or the fault of Frank Innes. Lovely gentleman who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to rent a property!!

His enthusiasm, energy and commitment shown in enabling a successful sale process was excellent and I really appreciated how well he listened to understand. Tony and the team were extremely professional throughout the process, keeping me informed at every stage, and were able to deal with the sale of the property with minimal input from myself.
