As the saying goes, the first impression is the last impression. After 3 agencies, we passed in front of Frank Innes with great trepidation, but my wife and I went in to research rental availability. To our surprise, we were attended to with a big smile and lots of attention. Mr. Glen Andrew was super attentive and made sure to show us exactly what we were looking for. He explained the details of each house and how it works and at the end, he printed out our options for us to take with us and think about scheduling a visit. Regardless of whether we close a deal or not, the attention and welcome given to us was worthy of a good evaluation. Now let's move on and see if we can get a beautiful house with Frank Innes. The next day we went to visit one of the chosen houses and met Holy. A loving person, he showed us the apartment with all his attention and dedication. He explained to us how to carry out the application and within a few days he gave us a result. For those looking for a place to rent and receive good service, the agency exceeds expectations and demonstrates excellence in personalized and human service. Note 10.

My mum is 84 and had been living in the house for nearly 60 years. The Frank Innes team were excellent. I dont live local to mum and they went out of their way to help mum fill in forms from our conveyancer and were good at explaining the selling process, keeping mum upto date and answering questions mum had. Which made it less traumatic for her. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and would thoroughly recommend this team for anyone wishing to sell their home.

Professional, local and completely understanding that this is one of the biggest decisions/expense of your life! A great team to have on your side! Our sales process took over 5 months due to problems at the bottom of the chain. Problems that would make you stressed, irrational and at times not the greatest customer to speak to. However, Tony and the team at Frank Innes were always empathetic to our situation. They took the hard work away and helped us return to a place of calm. They certainly went beyond the call of duty. The sale was handled extremely well from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with how positive Sharon was when she first came to do the valuation. This was then followed up by Tony who arranged everything we needed to help make a quick sale, with the minimum of fuss. Frank Innes West Bridgford I could not have asked for a more professional and supportive Sales Team from valuation to completion. I received honest feedback during the valuation, no pushy or gushy sales pitch. Throughout the sale and to completion the team worked so hard ‘behind the scenes’ of Rightmove to update and address the issues and delays through the Conveyancing process. I felt confident to discuss complications, delays which highlighted the difficulties beyond the shop front of an Estate Agents. It was the help and support of the Frank Innes team that kept me going to secure the transition to my new and beautiful home. I really can’t thank them enough for not only the hard work which we generally don’t see, but also making me feel welcome and listened to. Fully recommend.

Jack Chambers managed the sale of my late mothers house. It was a complicated business with joint executors and another company appointed to obtain and manage the probate. After the first proposed purchasers withdrew at a late stage we were fortunate that through Jack another purchaser was soon found. The process of searches seemed to take ages but through it all Jack and the team were very professional and kept family members informed of progress. The end result was successful .

Dreadful experience ending our tenancy early. I am disabled and cannot work so me and my partner could not afford to rent the flat any longer, however we where charged an up front fee of £450. Little to none of the agreement was properly explained to us and we have ended up being charged rent and council tax for a property we don't even have access to for 2 months with almost no contact from the estate agents. We also where never informed of the tenancy being filled and our requirement to pay rent being over, we had to find this out our selves and still haven't had a word from the person who was supposed to be managing this agreement. Very disappointed, be very careful working with this team It feels very much like they just want to help the landlord make as much money off the tenants as possible no matter their situation.
