GoogleBradley was very professional and friendly on the two occasions we have met. He is responsive in email communications with me which I find very helpful. On the first house viewing I attended with him, he did not seem to actively sell the house and its best features to me, I felt he could have done more here. He also did not seem to be very well informed about all of the property details, as when I asked the type of boiler he informed me combi when in fact there was a large water tank upstairs. After my first viewing of a property no one from Chancellor’s followed up with me to get my feedback, which I thought was unusual. Overall whilst Bradley and Chancellors have been nice to deal with, I feel there could be some improvements made to their services.

Chancellors can sometimes be slow when dealing with maintenance requests from tenants, and sometimes require repeat chasing up. But having a good property manager really helps. I was dealing with Coco Robert-Squire who was efficient and proactive in sorting out my maintenance issues in the rented property, and got the issues resolved pretty quickly.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. He will be appreciated always and I thank him for his service and this includes Courtney Kennedy in the after sales office, who has been a tremendous help too. GoogleIt has been difficult finding a property due to the high demand of rental properties. I was so relieved when Chancellors started to assist in my property search. Louise Hamilton became my contact and I could not have gotten a better agent. She always answered my calls, responded basically immediately to my emails and was so helpful throughout my property search. She gave me guidance where needed and always has a friendly attitude. She kept me informed all throughout the process. I really appreciate the open lines of communication. Thank you Louise, you have honestly made our dreams come true. For Chancellors it might be just a property, but for us it is a home.

After reporting about a door lock that had broken, Molly Adams contacted me to say what they were doing about it, keeping me involved until it was repaired, snapped again after a day, reported, she followed up, repaired and it snapped the 3rd time, l reported again and she kept me update all the time on what was going, chasing the contractor to have it done as quickly as possible. I appreciate all her efforts even when l delayed to get back to her or failed to answer her calls because I was at work.

GoogleBen is very professional and comes across as completely trustworthy when it comes to discussing houses. The property is on the main Bath Road with traffic constantly trundling past at great speed.. This was a no for us. Also the entrance driveway is steep and could be tricky when icy. The garden is great and has loads of potential.
