She dealt skilfully and patiently with buyers and sellers to keep lines of communication open, identify potential for compromise and suggest solutions and was a pleasure to deal with.

Holding a rental deposit of over £20k after my family exited a rental property rented by KF. The property was left better than it was given to us and we have waited over two months for the deposit to be refunded. The individuals dealt with at HQ have been terrible and made my wife's life a living hell this past month....
