We had a perfect experience with Welwyn William H Brown as first time buyers. Leoni Hughes was our point of contact. Leoni was incredible from start to finish keeping us updated on the process to completion. We also used the in house mortgage advisor services, James Wiggins was our broker here and he was amazing in guiding us through the mortgage process and reassuring us through the nerves that come with being first time buyers! The communication between all the parties, including the solicitor William H Brown recommended was seamless which made the process as stress free as possible from our side. I've had a great experience with William H Brown in helping secure me a mortgage as a first time buyer. Our circumstance was a bit more challenging due to an adverse credit history, but James was particularly great at finding the best deal for us (and he'd found the best rate compared other mortgage brokers that we spoke to). The whole process from start to finish was really easy and James was always on hand to answer my (many!) questions. I would recommend him & William H Brown to anyone looking to buy a house.

Other agents- step up and take notice! Every member of the WGC team I’ve spoken to over the last 6 months of my house sale process are fantastic- I’m not exaggerating. Sean, Leoni, James- even Lily and Sarah who directed my calls- everyone has been top tier. During the quite stressful time, the WGC Team have delivered on every promise they have made- which is *so* rare nowadays. (Dare I say they even went above and beyond the call of duty on a couple of occasions!) You are treated akin to a friend or family member, not just another number, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for an agent… Even the solicitor they recommended was fantastic! They are professional, fairly priced, and worth every penny for the superb service provided. When issues arose within the chain, I was provided frank, valuable advice by the Team which ultimately helped in successfully completing the process. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! This was my first time having to deal with finding and renting a property and I was a bit nervous. Which is why I’m so thankful for coming across William H Brown and India Bellak. When me and my mum decided to move from London into Welwyn we found a flat we absolutely loved, unfortunately we did t get it. So we decided to visit several agents and just let them know what we were looking for. India made the seemingly impossible absolutely possible. She found us a flat in the same complex we had liked but this flat was actually better situated then the one we had loved. She managed to get is this flat in less than a week after our first meeting and we were able to move in two weeks time. India and Charlotte have been absolute super stars: extremely helpful, super quick in getting back to me, very polite and professional.
