I had a very positive experience renting my flat through this agency. The whole process was smooth and well managed. In particular, India Bellak was extremely helpful throughout. She was always polite, friendly and very professional. Whenever I needed advice or had a question, she responded quickly and was happy to help. Her communication was excellent and she made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I also found the rest of the team to be supportive whenever I needed assistance. We had a very good experience with William H Browns agent India and her team on the letting side. The staff are very friendly and very helpful with information. We had seen a property we were interested in renting and India organised the viewing straight away and was very approachable and friendly on our first meeting. Disgraceful and dishonest service. I wanted to view a property and they told me the owner was on ‘holiday’ they kept messing me around with a viewing date. When I finally got one booked in, couple days later they said the house is sold…. I would’ve preferred honesty and for the them to say the ‘house is under offer so we are not taking any viewings’ like most estate agents do but to lie and pretend the owner is on holiday is a disgrace and also a waste of my time.

I recently used William H Brown’s mortgage services through Mr James Wiggins and was very pleased with the service. James was very approachable and answered all our questions. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect but James walked us through the whole process. He also encouraged us to get the mortgage application done when the rates dropped which helped us secure a good rate before they went back up. He set up the whole application process for us and also ensured that all the direct deposits would be properly set up as well as building insurance. When we were blocked on the lender during the conveyancing process, James was very happy to call and nudge them and explain to us what was going on. This happened multiple times and each time James was happy to jump in and help speed up the process for us. Without his help the process would have surely taken a couple of weeks more for us. It was invaluable to have his assistance and he was always easy going about it. I would definitely recommend his services and will be looking forward to using them again in the future too.
