GoogleMy wife phoned to book an appointment, no one turned up as it was not put in the diary despite the girl asking numerous questions regarding our requirements, I took an afternoon off work and my wife met me there after a 3 mile walk.Appallling

GoogleA pretty dastardly company to rent from in my opinion, always trying to find ways to make more money from tenants, the worst letting agent I have ever had to use. To the point where when we bought a house we made sure not to view any properties with them.

GoogleShocking company, don't inform tenants properly about entering the property, don't refund deposits back, only contact in office hours and expect you to drop everything at short notice. Please do not use as have scrumptious landlords on their books, check carefully before using.
