Tia, the lady that works here I have to say is possibly the best agent I've come across. Everything she did was done in a professional and friendly manor which made a seamless transition into our new property. GoogleMe and my partner are currently buying a house through DB Roberts and I can honestly say the team have been amazing. Sasha and Sue in particular have been more than helpful. They are a credit to the team. Nothing has been too much trouble. Every member of staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I would highly recommend Gareth the mortgage adviser who is based in their office. Through the process we have been required to scan over documents in which we did not have access to these facilities so the staff members kindly helped us with this also. If we were to sell our house I would definitely use DB Roberts.

The letting management team at DB Roberts, are the best I have had. Over 22 years I have contracted the letting of my flat to several agents. Lisa runs a very good department, Nicole is very prompt, professional and a good listener. So she can resolve issues quickly and without drama. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

absolute scammers, homeowners and buyers avoid at all costs. this estate agency takes money on the side from the people who they help buy the properties, they do not convey the higher offers to their clients, instead they would only forward the lower offers and one offer from the person who paid them on the side to secure the property, absolute joke. we had the highest offer on a property and were told that the customer chose somebody who deserved the property more than us even though there offer was lower than ours, poor old owner doesn't even know he got mugged by these scammers and lost a few thousand pounds.

Don't use these guys. One of our viewers called and asked if they had any properties in Wellington with a budget of x amount and our house wasn't even recommended. It wasn't until the client asked for a certain area to be closer to a family member was it recommended. To top it off, they rarely reply to emails or calls, especially when you're not happy. One person even replied to an email with a sarcastic comment about my mom in the email - and accidently copied her in. LOL how unprofessional is that!! Once you get the right person on the phone they claim they are quick to fight your corner but then soon disappear again. Even though its in their best interest to sell the property - so they can get paid. But they seemingly don't care. Do NOT go with any surveyancing company or lawyers they recommend either. Absolute shambles.
