Emily Little was always friendly during interactions. I fed back that second viewings would benefit from additional time allocated to allow for measurements and a more in-depth look of the property, which she took on board and offered to arrange another extended viewing. She was compassionate when I shared how I found price negotiations on properties stressful and did not push me into making an offer until I was ready to do so. When I asked for additional information on the loft space on a property I viewed, photos were taken and sent to me promptly. Overall, I would recommend Emily as an estate agent.

Five years ago I sold my property with DB Roberts, having been happy with the service, I invited them to carry out an appraisal on our next home. Surprisingly, they remembered me from all those years ago, which I thought was a really nice, personal touch. I found Katie Dennant to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and in addition to this, she squeezed us into her super busy diary last minute to suit us.Another special mention and our personal thanks to Katie, who was the only agent, out of four other competitors, to pick up on a particular stipulation associated with our house, which meant we could not put our property on the market this year. Katie’s awareness and scrutiny surrounding this particular stipulation avoided multiple parties wasting time and funds. We were really most grateful for this. While we cannot put our house onto the market this year, we shall certainly be back in touch with her when we are in a position to do. Big thanks to Katie!

Kept me up to date weekly and gave me Advice when needed. Made the Selling of my late Mothers Bungalow a plea sent experience took the stress out it all. From valuation to listing (so far) Dan, Gary, Alex have all been wonderful. Such a lovely friendly team. Gary is a hoot! I was nervous having somebody come and photograph the house as it is a personal project but Gary put me at ease and had me in stitches within seconds of opening the door. GoogleIf Emma is the example of DB Roberts Estate Agent support I certainly will never use this company in the future and I will ensure that I pass on my dissatisfaction with her approach and support to the higher end of the chain with all friends, family and work colleagues. Although I appreciate that I am not DB Roberts direct client, Emma from the start has not responded to my calls and been dismissive and rude whenever I have actually spoken to her. Rebecca normally answers the phone and is very polite and helpful in chasing the solicitors. Emma's response is "I have phoned them, what more do you want me to do" - my answer would be to find out exactly why contracts have not been exchanged with a day left until completion. It is selfish and does not support people higher up in the chain when removals companies need to be acquired etc. Purplebricks on the other hand (my estate agents) have done everything in their power to chase up the bottom of the chain, but can only deal with DB Roberts. I was eventually told to "stop phoning as I am not their client." Update: Thank you for your response although it does not mention the rude way in which I was spoken to by Emma during our phone calls. With regard to your comment regarding Purplebricks not returning call I refute this accusation as they consistently phoned you whilst I was on the phone to them and were rebuffed numerous times.
Hello Andrew. I am really sorry you feel we were unhelpful in this transaction. I've reviewed the notes and can see that we spoke with you many times during the process. The rules around Data Protection are very clear and it is important we never disclose personal details relating to our client and their transaction. As you state, you did not instruct DB Roberts in the sale of your property and despite the fact we did provide you with general updates when you called us, it appears to be the non specific nature of our communication that caused you issue. I see your reference to how helpful your agent has been - however it's disappointing they never spoke to us - or returned our calls... seemingly leaving this for you to do? Pleasingly for all parties, the transaction did indeed exchange within the time-frame confirmed to you - and we sincerely wish you a very Merry Christmas and fabulous New Year in 2019.

An excellent company to rent with. Our property manager Bethany and letting agent Tia have both been amazing and made the whole process smooth and not stressful. They are both always at the end of the phone/an email with any queries we may have and keep regular communication. The staff are also lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend DB Roberts as a company to let with.

We have been with DBroberts for just under 4 years and couldn’t have asked for a better estate agency to rent with. They have truly looked after us, advising on any issues we have had and carrying out regular inspections to ensure we are happy with the property we lived at. They were quick and professional with both the tenancy start and end, and kept me informed with all the necessary steps that I needed to take. After meeting Bethany and Lisa they are both wonderful people and certainly take pride in their work and most importantly made our first renting experience wonderful.

Tia at DB Roberts was so welcoming and helpful during the entire process of us looking to rent a property, right from the very first phone call of arranging a viewing she was super warm and friendly. Then during the application process there was no issue to silly for her to handle. She made sure to keep us updated during all steps, and was so approachable ! The other women we dealt with in this process (Allison for the viewing) and the women in the office who were very welcoming when we had to go into the office to sort out some referencing issues were also incredible.
