Recently bought from Gasgoine Pees and it was such a pleasure to liaise with Alfie throughout the process. One of the main things that stood out was how much my son liked him and how good he was with him. From the viewing to putting down an offer to helping us to exchange, he wasn’t pushy at any point and seemed to genuinely want us to get the house for our family. The whole team were really helpful throughout.

Worst Experience Ever with Gascogne Pees Kingston Branch

I had the worst experience ever using Gascogne Pees to fully manage my property. They consistently chose the more expensive contractors who did not deliver good service and failed to honor warranties. After 4 years of their management, my property was in a dire state. I ended up spending over £20,000 on repairs and restoration. The staff, from lettings to property management, were unhelpful, rude and ineffective. Never again.

Liars with no sense of accountability

These estate agents downright lied to us before moving in about what came with the flat and throughout continued to lie about the interactions we had. Their complaints process is as useless as they are and I'm convinced is completely biased towards the estate agents.

Worst organised letting company

Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

First from Jack Marvin, who explained every detail and steered me through the each initial step with his always reassuring advice. Then Daisy Yerrell, who despite having not one but two branches under her care, went out of her way to make sure I was fully informed, talking me through the final process of getting my tenant in even when she was meant to be still on holiday. Fantastic customer service, friendly and attentive! As soon as I registered an interest in my current flat, they instantly responded, giving extremely helpful advice and information, sending a well recorded virtual tour and arranging a viewing for the following day. They were even flexible with this slot, and allowed me to change it. After deciding that this property was the one for me, they processed my paperwork immediately, despite it being the Christmas holidays. Since then, they have further demonstrated their professionalism, in going above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible, even when broadband issues presented themselves, and attending to repair requests in the same quick and helpful manner. 10/10 would recommend, and I will continue to use this letting agency in the future.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

Had a ‘Sold’ sign dumped on my property and called Gascoigne-Pees several times to ask for this to be removed. Each time they promised someone would be along shortly to collect. Been about a month or so and still they haven’t come to collect this.
