GoogleI have moved home 5 times in the last 20 years. All buying and selling so I'd like to think I know a thing or two about the process. When we decided it was our time to move on again we decided to go with an agent who was a specialist in its area and one that knows how to sell individual and character homes. We are so happy with the service received from the Watton Branch of Sowerbys. In particular I want to specially mention Joanna Lobb the Sales Manager. I simply cannot recommend that you speak with this lady enough. Her knowledge of the area and of the selling process is phenomenal. She was able to secure a sale and battle all that was thrown at her in the process, she did so with total professionalism and courtesy and was extremely friendly and helpful. There were times I wanted lots of information and Joanna always helped me understand the local market and was an excellent go between with a local solicitor which massively helped speed the process up for us. If I were to sell again this is the first place I would go to for advice. Make it top of your list. You won't be sorry. GoogleJoanna Lobb at Sowerbys is amongst the most professional estate agents I have ever met,both in the UK and Spain,further to this she is personable and affable,nothing is too much trouble. I was hugely impressed even before meeting Joanna with the way she dealt with my initial enquiry,efficiently arranged the views and let me know in time when one was cancelled,even having to deal with the inadequacies of my ability to communicate in Spain. I have not bought in the UK for almost 20 years and am doing so for the first time by myself and primarily for myself,in an área and market which is new. Joanna metaphorically held my hand during this process and set a standard which gives me a measure of what to expect from other agents. Thank you Joanna and Sowerbys. GoogleI wish to review Sowerbys, Watton for their attentive service. We only sent through an enquiry to view a property and Joanna could not have been more help and positive towards making this appointment for us. The house viewing went ahead as planned and Joanna is more than happy to continue to help us with our onward search for a new property. This branch of Sowerbys seems to have a great team behind it and we do thank the team for their time.

GoogleFrom re-setting the sale price to a more realistic one than the previous agent had set, to producing a beautiful sales brochure and being there with advice and help at every step of the process, Sowerbys gave us brilliant service. After 6 previous months with no offers we received 2 within 3 weeks of Joanna and her team taking on the sale of our property - say no more! Thank you all very much.

GoogleWhilst the whole purchase took a little longer than everyone had hoped initially, Sowerbys kept us up to date the whole time, were quick to chase up and always called me back when they said with an update.
