GoogleKate, was truly exceptional! As a new "kids on the block", it's been hard for us (my wife) to deal with all the letting paper works we know nothing about. However, Kate was very diligent and responsive to all of our queries. She was patient and worked through some of our questions. She provided tour of the property we currently let, and provided all details necessary for us to know about more with regards to letting the property. GoogleNot one to write many reviews but this service should be recognised. I have been needing to make a tighter deadline than I’d hoped with a new home and I can’t be more impressed with Sowerbys, but more importantly, the service I received from Louie White. He is very professional and made me feel valued as a client, which I certainly have not felt with other agents (not Sowerbys). When we viewed potential homes, he knew everything I questioned or made sure to get the answer for me. If you need an agent that will do right by you, Louie is your guy. Thanks so much for everything, I will absolutely be sending anyone/everyone who asks your way.

This entire branch has a team of professionals who trade notes and updates, making it easier to pick up where another left off. This was noticeable whenever my primary agent (Sophie) was unavailable. GoogleWe have had a wonderful experience using sowerbys Estate agents, from our first viewing with Mirrium we felt welcomed and treated as individuals she talked and walked us through the building with patience and knowledge. When we were discussing pros and cons she had valued input and helped us see the bigger picture. Second viewing was completed on a Sunday thanks to Zoe who came out in her own time to fit in with our busy work schedule again she made us feel welcomed and valued as customers and was very friendly and informative. We are still in the process of buying the house Zoe has been assisting every step of the way which we appreciate as first time buyers. We have recently viewed a house in Norwich advertised by Sowerbys Estate Agents. Millie from Norwich branch was very professional, booked the viewing swiftly, asked questions about our needs, and provided good explanations about the property. If there was a question she did not know the answer to, she has been very good at asking the vendor and come back to us quickly. The brochure and dimension on the floor plan (which is missing in some other agents’ adverts) was very helpful as well. We ended up not purchasing the property we viewed with Millie, however, she deserves top marks for her professionalism and dedication. We highly recommend Millie.
