Recently, my husband and I were viewing properties in Castle Acre, Norfolk. An excellent young estate agent, by the name of Joseph Fowler, from Sowerbys Kings Lynn, accompanied us. Joe was warm, welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the homes we visited. His enthusiasm for his role was most impressive. The following day, he sent us a detailed email providing additional information about the village itself, as well as expanding answers to questions we had asked during our viewings. Five stars to Sowerbys for providing such a superb staff member to look after us during our search for a new home. Thank you very much.

We have just sold a property with Sowerbys. The process was extended due to changes of finance within the chain. The property was sold to a cash buyer with no mortgage, obviously at a discounted rate. This was not the case. A long and meadering process insued with eventual successful completion. Sowerbys acted very professionally during this process and we would use them again to sell future properties within our portfolio. This process needs urgent Goverment review within England, a deal should be made and honoured subject to survey with no recourse from either side. This is the reason we buy the majority of our property in Auction as when the hammer falls the contract is exchanged. dg
