Rolstons estate agents have literally been amazing. I found them by chance on an internet search, made an enquiry and got an immediate phone call, the office is situated in Watford but I never had to go there as everything was managed at my convenience. Paul Gillespie was so great to deal with and his team were all working together to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. I didn’t have to wait long for an offer as my house was priced accurately according to the market, the whole process was dealt with in under ten weeks. Paul kept me fully updated literally each week. I can genuinely say this company is thoroughly professional and took all the stress of selling away from me. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if you want a straightforward, honest and dedicated estate agents Rolstons come fully recommended.

We were very happy with Rolstons in terms of helping us find an accommodation in Watford. Based on the houses that we saw, the house shown by Rolstons was quite decent and clean. Breydon & Holli who we were dealings with, were very helpful, pleasing and precise with information provided. Though there was a slight delay in getting the house keys due to pending electricity related certificate from owner, but Breydon made the alternative arrangements in contacting another contractor for early appointment and got us the keys without much delay. Rolstons made our house search easy and moving in to the house comfortable and smooth. When we reported maintenance issue, it was immediately attended with high importance which assures that Rolstons are managing the property with utmost care as well.

Purposely hid information that affected my decision to buy property

I recently purchased a property from Rolstons in Janurary 2025. Both Rolstons and the seller of the property hid the fact there was a boundary issue with the neighbour. The neighbour had previously communicated this issue to Rolstons and asked to make the new buyer aware so that they can work together to resolve the issue. I felt I had been thrown in the deep end as Rolstons purposely did not mention this problem. When the neighbour approached me I had no idea of this issue. Furthermore, the seller omitted this information from the legal paperwork, which details boundary disputes. Overall I felt cheated by both Rolstons and the seller. I have emailed numerous times to Rolstons asking for answers and they continue to ignore me to this day. I would recommend you do not use these estate agents as their ethics and principles are lacking.
