Paul, Matthew, Scott and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to help us navigate the sale of our flat. We had struggled for offers for 5 months with a previous agent but after 5 days with Rolstons we had 2 offers and eventually (after needing to find a second buyer ASAP), a completed sale. The team are clearly in touch with market needs and supported us every step of the way with legals and other elements well outside of their role. Superb service! Tom took a real interest in my property and advised me of the most realistic pricing to sell my property (unlike 3 other agencies!) and kept in contact thru all viewings and offers. Danielle then took over as Progressor - without her experience and tenacity, getting to exchange would have been a nightmare. Initially called rolstons to arrange a viewing of a 2 bed flat. Tom was pleasant and said I would receive a callback from his colleague in order to arrange the viewing later that morning as said colleague was out. Fast forward the next day, I call back and catch Tom again, he apologises and says his colleague will once again call me back for a viewing. This still didnt materialise by friday, and frankly I had enough of the woeful experience.
