GoogleWe have been using Marshall Vizard for renting out our flat in Watford for 8 years now and they always find us good, reliable long-term tenants. We always feel we get a personalised service from both Neil and David. On the maintenance side Angie can pull strings that nobody else can. We can just sit back and know the flat is being managed well and that the tenants are happy with the service they get too. Highly recommended.

GoogleMarshall Vizard have been looking after our rental properties since they were 2 guys with a part time secretary - many years. We have found in them, the first estate agent that we felt that we could trust. Their advice in the marketing, furnishing, and even decoration of our properties has been very sound and down-to-earth. Trouble handling brilliant and effective - trouble avoidance even better. We think they are marvellous.

We've thought about whether to shop around, but why bother when you know you have the best team working for you for a competitive rate. I was quite nervous as a first-time landlord and they took away all the worries. For much of the time I have been living abroad and it's made no difference to the excellent quality of service I've received. No hesitation in recommending them.
