GoogleWe have successfully used Marshall Wizard to rent out our property for the last 5 years. Their service in finding tenants, managing these tenants and carrying out any necessary maintenance has been faultless. Angie, in particular, is a wonder and has calmly dealt with us being first-time landlords. We would definitely use Marshall Vizard again should the circumstance arise. Thank you all.

As someone minding a young family I would have been able to manage and maintain tenancy's as well as Marshall Vizard, namely Angie, Neil and Dominic have been my go to people - there has never been any issues too difficult for Marshall Vizard to resolve

GoogleThe worse kind of estate agent if thats possible ---> lazy, incompetent and GREEEEDY. They recruit landlords no one else will represent and ones who will fix things months after you've requestd them to be done. Kiss your health good bye if something dangerous happens in your flat or house that u chose to rent from these dropouts.

GoogleExtremely poor experience with this renting agent. Very bad attitude, treat you with no respect, very poor communication, always change the appoint in the last minute but without informing me! Hold the deposit for ages and only return part of it after numerous phone call. Avoid avoid!
