GoogleAmazing service from Rebecca at Marshall Vizzard from the start to finish of my flat sale. The process lasted around 14 months and Marshall Vizzard were great during the whole time. I would highly reccomend them as estate agent when selling your property.

GoogleMake sure you take as many pictures and videos of the place you rent from them as soon you get the keys and also the last minute before you move out. I have a ton of them and I will use them.

As a first time buyer the process was new, complicated, & frankly terrifying - but they were really communicative throughout and always available with information i needed. Sophie and David were beyond helpful, up to and after the day of completion. I'd definitely recommend them!

GoogleI have sold and rented with Marshall Vizard. Unfortunately the lettings department are incredibly unprofessional and tried to sting us with charges at the end of the contract. David was very good when selling the house but has now left the company.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleAvoided renting with them or take a photo of everything in the house clearly when you begin renting and sent to them by email, other wise they will cut from the deposit at the end of of term. No matter what the house looks like or even if it's more clean than when you begin renting( which was exactly my case).I think most of the reviews are regarding sale otherwise I don't see how they got 4+.

GoogleExcellent and very professional team. I rented a property from them for two years. Clear information was provided during the viewing stage and it was a smooth experience renting with them. The team is very responsive and follow up on all emails. Towards the end of my tenancy, I always got notice in advance of viewings. I got my deposit released in a few days after moving out. I would specially like to mention here “Rebecca and Jemma” were amazing through out of the purchase process and it was completely smooth.Great communication from Rebecca on daily basis.
