GoogleMarshall Vizard managed a property I lived in for about 7 years. And I surly can say it's the best estate agency I've ever dealt with as a tenant. Throughout this time they have always listened and helped me out with any concerns that I have had in a property. Special thanks to Angela and Michelle for their quick responses. Neil and David are always been available to talk to and very helpful. I would highly recommend Marshall Vizard to people in case you want to rent, buy or sell your property cos you're dealing with professionals.

GoogleMarshal Vizard managed the property I lived in for about 5 years, throughout this time they have always listened to any concerns that we had and acted upon them. When we had issues with our kitchen, we ended up having a new kitchen put in, when there were issues with the bathrooms these where also dealt. The quality of the work carried out by the team was second to none and the managed the property with the care and respect it deserved for a grade 2 listed building. Neil has always been available to talk to and a special mention to Angela who personally managed the property for us and is fantastic. I would highly recommend Marshal Vizard to both people wanting to rent a property and also property owners who are looking for managing agents.

GoogleVery professional, helpful and always responded in a timely manner. We were tenants with Marshall Vizard for 2 years and over that time nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble them! The agency was easily contactable and maintenance issues were resolved as soon as possible, they even offered to help us with some portable electric heaters when our boiler broke during the winter! Special thanks to our contact agent Michelle and many, many thanks to Neil, Dominic and Kerry for all their help! Would definitely recommend their service for anyone looking to rent, absolutely nothing to fault at all!

They then worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and speedy completion removing any stress from us. They kept both sides’ solicitors communicating without us needing to stress. Big thank you. They are conscientious, skilled, knowledgable and professional. GoogleI would give more and more stars for Dominic, for his competency,,,,but unfortunately my entire experience was worsened by majorly Angela Downes (property manager), never encountered such a manager before.
Hi Munira, I am sorry that you feel like this, it has not been the easiest tenancy to manage, there have a number of issues with contractors, as well as Angie, being able to gain agreeable access to the flat at reasonable times to proactively make the tenancy a smooth one. We did have a slight hiccup with delayed completion, but I wouldn't put the blame on them as these things do sometimes happen. GoogleI have rented with many different agencies, Marshall Vizard are by far the most professional, friendly and caring. We were looked after mainly by Alycia and Angela and any issues we had at the property were dealt with so quickly and they were very clear with communication throughout our time with them. We could not not have asked for more and we were gutted we could not stay. I Highly recommend renting with them you will be well looked after.
