The service provided by the sales team has just been outstanding. Moving into a property (especially if this is your first time buying) can hold significant stress. Weston Homes have been super responsive with their communication and have been very understanding when it came to few delays on completion. It’s important to note that Kaye, Wendy and Christine were super supportive in getting me to the finish line and securing me the best deal possible. Quick and efficient

I reached out to Weston Homes in relation to a viewing through right move. I received a call back from Teresa within minutes and had arranged a viewing for the coming days. I was met by Richard who showed me the flat & made it very comfortable for me to look around. Richard explained the procedure to me clearly as being a first time buyer, I did not have a clue about what I needed to do. I was referred to a mortgage advisor who again, made the whole experience easier to understand. Since then, I put an offer in and Richard called back saying that it was accepted. Again, this was extremely quick & we got the ball rolling. I went back several times for further viewings whilst paper work etc was going through and was always met with a smile and it was never an issue for Teresa and Richard to take the time out for me again. The whole experience for me was quick and efficient. Everything was explained clearly to me by Teresa and Richard and since moving, they have still helped with any enquiry I may have.I would say, they are both an asset to Weston Homes. Thank you for making my move easier than I thought it would be.The flat itself has met my expectations so far, I have only been there a week but thankfully have not come across any issues. The customer service team (post purchase) again have been in contact themselves and been very quick to deal with any enquiry I may have. I would recommend Weston Homes to family and friends.

I bought a flat. Everything has gone smooth with all the documents and along all phases. The amazing Chamela was on top of everything I requested always! She followed up on my behalf if I needed (due to my busy job) during all process, and she has been extremely helpful explaining in details everything I did not understand even more than once. Dealing with those people for the most important purchase of my life has been a real pleasure and not at all stressful as I expected in all honesty. Their advices are genuine - real trustworthy. Every step has been documented. I was provided with a full guide and much needed guidance for each day from reservation to completion. The after sales service is still positive and amazing ( you expect when money is transferred every smiles and graciousness disappear: no, nope!) I am helped with all steps from setting up my bills to the post! Truly recommended!

I love my new property that I have brought through Weston Homes.Buying my first flat though this company has been made even more smooth by the lovely staff on the sales team. Harry was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and honest throughout my whole process. Harry was a ray of sunshine on those days where you felt like you weren’t getting anywhere with contractors or solicitors. On the day of completion my flat was everything I hoped for and more, even a nice welcome hamper and Prosecco in the fridge were a nice touch.Every new build has a few snags, and I did have a few small ones, but the on-site management sorted these within the first few days and the aftercare was amazing!I’ve been in my property for 4 mths now and I have no complaints.Everyone who has visited the complex has commented on how lovely everything is and I have a few colleagues actually looking to also purchase here.I would highly recommend Weston Homes at Edinburgh Way, Harlow.

Excellent at Abbey Quay site

Review:I bought an apartment in Abbey Quay, Barking. It was completed in April 2023 and I moved in shortly afterwards.I was nervous with it being my first property.However, I have to say the Sales team based there have been fantastic.They kept me informed of changes in delivery dates, and also supplied recommendations for solicitors, which were also very punctual in getting things done.They are still very helpful now when I walk through the marketing suite with a query about the flat. Very accommodating. Kudos to Lisa, Harriet, and Paddy that are based there.The concierge service (parcels etc.) which is handled by Hanna is also fantastic. Very personable.Secondly, I would give a big shout out to Irfan, who is one of the site managers there. He is excellent at having made himself available to all the residents. Most people would try to minimise customer interaction but he the complete opposite.Not only is he very punctual at sorting out any snagging issues I had, but also goes out of his way to help with anything else. It puts you at ease that if anything does go wrong, there are fantastic people on hand to help you out. I have been here for almost 3 months now, and don’t have any serious issues that need addressing. I can appreciate that not every site may be the same, but at Abbey Quay the service has been excellent all round.

We saw our flat at the The Venue Project on 5th of April and got our keys on 15th of June 🎉 so pretty fast process. We absolutely love our flat and the neighbourhood. great support from sales team. Chamela, was very helpful through out the process. She always tried to find solution to all of our questions even they were silly ones time to time.
