So far, my experience with Weston Homes has been excellent. The team has been incredibly accommodating throughout the buying process, making everything as smooth and straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Lisa, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated, and provide outstanding support every step of the way. Although I'm still in the process of purchasing my home, the customer service I've received so far has been exceptional, and I would happily recommend Weston Homes based on my experience.

Valerie and Judy looked after me through the whole process, which was a long one due to a failed chain on the sale of my property. Despite the nearly 3 month delay to being able to complete on my beautiful new apartment Judy was there supporting me through a very stressful time. I was worried I’d lose the apartment due to the delay but Judy really went the extra mile and then some and was integral in making sure the apartment remained mine, liaising with the other estate agents and solicitors, pushing the process forward to completion. They do everything to keep the experience personal and try and ensure that only one person deals with you. Able to offer reasonable choices about services needed in getting the flat purchase done. We dealt with Judy except on the day that we got the keys but we knew this was going to happen. On the final day we had Valerie take us around the flat to check the meters and pick up the mail prior to getting ready to furnish it. Both of them were always attentive and helpful. They were able to understand that our son was buying the flat but not local and were able to keep both parties aware of things.

I am a fist time buyer and went to Tayfen Court to understand more about the homes there. I had a great conversation with Valerie who was open and honest about all of my options. She made me feel reassured and supported, especially as a first time buyer. She was also happy to answer all my questions about buying a property. I would highly recommend coming and having a chat as a first time buyer, even if you are not 100% interested in a Tayfen Court property.

Weston homes is a serious agency and has the best agent in London, we are buying a flat brand new home , and is our first time buy , Weston homes give us 5 % of the deposit as gift followed by our 5% . ( very nice touch) , i’m very happy of how all the bureaucratic paper work as been handle and Simon was very helpful and incredible professional without forget that behind every sale there are humans , we worked soo hard for our dreams house for long time and having an agent with good attitude and like a dad behaviour is essential and crucial . Simon was punctual , helpful to any part , he put as in contact for every step with all the connected people(broker Vincent burch, top broker!!, solicitor , builders , and insurance home , bank and all the others) everything is incredible precise and fast that if you dreaming an house today , with all of them is gonna be real done tomorrow!!! We so many different flats in the same building and Simon was listening carefully all our needs until we found oyr flat, lightly , technology, spacious , cosy , convenient, stylish, with balcony and with garden that was my 1 first essential topping on my home list. A brilliant end-to-end experience buying a house at Flitch View with Weston Homes. Jeremy Kealy at Weston has been brilliant throughout, gave me absolute confidence in the build from my first viewing walking me around the site and talking me through. The focus on customer care is evident from day one, and does not stop when you collect your keys to your new home! I'm well settled into my new home, and still enjoy Jeremy and the customer care team checking-in, and genuinely happy to help me with any questions. I do think that Jeremy has gone personally above and beyond, and honestly the customer engagement makes such a huge difference and I cant fault a single thing. The house has been built to the highest standard and care, but truly it is the customer care that wraps around that leaves the lasting impression.

I know I have left a review before, but I genuinely believe that you should never gatekeep a good thing! Simon was the first person I met on the open day and we had a lovely chat. Throughout the whole process, someone has updated us and helped us with anything we needed. Me and my husband met with Simon again yesterday and he was lovely as ever. He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us as this is our first time buying a home. Weston homes have a brilliant sales team, and they really do care about everyone that walks through the door.

I would advise people against writing a…

I would advise people against writing a review about Weston Homes directly after completion, even at the Sales Team request (the sales team are great). Instead, they should settle into their new build where the issues become apparent. There have been many issues with water supply and hot water (some have taken 2 days to fix). The majority of these stem from machinery not been able to keep up with demand when new buildings within the development come online. There has been an issue with shower trays that were incorrectly installed in my apartment/development, this has taken several weeks to rectify and is still outstanding. There were a lot of teething problems with the building when handed over from Weston Homes to the management company: the front door was faulty, the builders did not care about keeping the development clean (one day the bike shed was full of insulation), the finish to the stairwell is appalling. My experience with customer care is that issues take a while to rectify. It's apparent to me after 18 months, that every opportunity to cut corners to increase their profit has been taken. I would recommend going with a different developer if you are thinking about buying a new build. 2/5 on trustpilot
