So many problems in the flat and building is hard to describe. They added column around the flat really affecting the usable space. We are currently still paying for their poor choice of Heating system and is costing us a fortune. We still don't see a proper fix and they say is not their problem. A company of scammers.

Weston homes, now had a 3rd major leak in my son's bedroom (whose autistic) within one month of moving in. Also had no response I sent regarding my complaint nearly 2 weeks ago which involves new carpet, floor maintenance and no internet since moving in. Awful! You just get no response from them? Previously had no shower or bath, other than that....

Bought a flat at Springfield Park Maidstone in November 2020 Ground Rent NOT discussed at point of sale and set at £300 pa. What first time buyer is aware of the repercussions of this. No lender will lend with this ground rent on a 999 year lease. Without expensive renegotiation can’t sell. Unethical practice in the sales office. Law change means they can’t do this again but NOT helpful to those who have already purchased. Sold the freehold leaving buyers trapped in their own homes.

Not safe Me and my wife viewed one of the plots a few months back we was greeted by a middle aged women of a slightly portly build short greying hair she was pleasant enough to us but after we had left to return to our car we witnessed her being extremely unpleasant and rude to one of the Tenants that put us off then the week before last week we decided to drive up with our son who is looking to purchase somewhere in this price range previously we was advised by the estate agent to park outside one of the buildings (marion court) so we did so but my son immediately said this doesn't look like a safe place to live the building had its door kicked off and smashed in the building looks like the windows have never been cleaned once it looks absolutely filthy but even so i encouraged my son to have a look at some of the other buildings as they look nicer so he had a quik walk around the grounds we was no more than five minutes returned to our cars to find both had been given parking fines parked exactly where the estate agents park and advised us so we asked one of the construction workers on the building site if we required permits to park here but he told us its no parking and in actual fact we probably would need to park about 20 minutes walk from the building if we should decide to buy and apparently its actually a service road for the railway service and large machinery and hgv pass through 24 hours a day so parking would not be possible at anytime we asked about the door on the building and he just said the police had been round they suspect it was a resident so with this final nail we decided this is not a safe place to live i suggest you save yourself the time and shop elsewhere.
