Weston Homes are building near my present home and they have constantly done whatever they please with scant regards to the general public and no consideration at all. They often work anti social hours they block roads with no proper traffic management I for one would never buy a property they have developed and sympathy to anyone else that has them build near your home.

Very poor purchased a plot at prospects place and they have left so many communal area snags bin store ceiling not painted front doors not locking what is a security problem and homeless have been found sleeping in the stairwell elevator was broken for 8 weeks very poor and Weston homes are not taking any responsibility and are not coming out to rectify the work would not recommend

We do apologise that repairs to the lift took longer than expected and we are investigating the reason why. With regards to the communal bin store ceiling not being painted, this isn’t something we do as part of the completion process, however we thank you for your feedback and will include it for consideration for future developments.

GoogleThey have awful residents at Cooke House Sydney Road which make false allegations on other blocks around them. There residents seem to think they are in charge of the building which there is not such a thing. They are rude against children and also take photos of residents from other blocks who mind their own buisness. Extremely disturbing!
