Joke of a company - hound you with Comms before you buy, then once you buy the property they couldn't care less about you.Currently on day 7 of no water in a month.Still waiting on snags being fixed since summer time.. all you get is 'we look after 100 residents' and zero accountability taken.

TrustpilotIssue with the house not fixed after 1 year of complaints
After we moved into our new CALA home 2 years ago, we planted several shrubs along our garden fence and many of them died. The lawn in our garden is also dying. We have been told the problem may be with drainage issues in the garden (which I can only assume CALA knew about when they sold us the house). We have been raising the issue with CALA since summer last year, and after 13 stressful months of complaining the problem has still not been resolved. This is frustrating and very distressing to our family, and is certainly not the way one would expect CALA (who advertise themselves as highly recommended) would treat their customers.P.S. To CALA - please avoid giving us the default response provided to all other comments below as we have already been writing/calling CALA for the past 13 months.

A good builder anyway but with the few jobs we have needed doing have been dealt with really well. We have had Marius on both occasions and the workmanship has been outstanding. Cant fault the work done to fix the issues and is an asset to Cala.

Very bad experience. Two and a half years in and several snagging issues open. Cala also agreed to repairs then went back on word despite having made the same repairs to other houses in the estate. Customer support post-sale is not acceptable and several items on our snagging list had to be attempted multiple times due to not being properly completed.

An unbelievable experience with Cala Homes! The company have no customer values or respect. After interest in one of their Ayslett’s properties and putting in an offer they had no professional conduct of responding or contacting me. The response from Mr Copper left me dumb founded. If this is the way they treat customers before buying, I dread to think how they treat you afterwards and with any property issues!
