Ben was excellent, despite the headache of Covid, our sale went through smoothly and that was largely down to Ben. He communicated regularly with both parties and always provided considered and thoughtful advice. During the viewings he made sure everything ran smoothly and managed to get us the price and the buyer we wanted! I would definitely use him again

Such a pleasant experience!!! From start to finish the team at Mr & Mrs Clarke have been outstanding. From listing the property they sold it in a day. The photos and listing were professional and creative. We were appointed the amazing Amy who has been star throughout the whole process, she handled all viewings, buyer requests were dealt with personally along with seamless interactions between both solicitors along with regular timely updates, she was always on hand when needed. We were shown around a house today by Lisa and I can honestly say she was the best agent we have ever met. She was extremely knowledgeable about the house and area and had a warm friendly nature. After two failed attempts at moving this year with woeful estate agent help, we are soooo glad we were buying with Mike and the Mr & Mrs Clarke service. His approach to estate agency is unlike any other, sending WhatsApp messages at 10pm is all part of the service, instant responses and even arranging supplier appointments at the future house. Cannot recommend enough!!
