As first time buyers, the market was a very daunting place and we had been struggling to even book viewings let alone have the opportunity to put in an offer! We were lucky enough to find Mike from Mr and Mrs Clarke who was an absolute dream from start to finish. He was genuine, flexible and always at hand had we got any queries. Mike always went above and beyond and made the process of buying our first home together a truly enjoyable experience. Having been previous buyers of a property sold by Vicky, we knew we had to use her to sell our home. She was such a strong advocate for her sellers, and the same held true when she represented us. Vicky knows how to stage a house and find the right buyers. She was successful in attracting such attention that we had 11 viewings on our first showing date, with offers on the table straight away. This was very convenient because we tasked her with finding a buyer while we were out of the country for two weeks. Vicky’s engagement and attention to detail throughout the conveyancing process was spectacular. The chain was long, and the sale was complicated due to various external constraints and complications. Vicky’s proactiveness and steadfast determination effectively saved our sale on multiple occasions. We would not hesitate to use her again.
Vicky knows that selling a home is more than a few snaps and shoving it up on Rightmove.... she goes above and beyond for all of her clients.

I put my house in Leamington Spa on the market with a high street agency but I didn't feel they were doing a very good job in trying to sell it. After a couple of months they wanted me to drop the price quite significantly but I disagreed, pretty sure that my house was worth the asking price. Someone told me about Mr and Mrs Clarke and their different approach to selling homes. I called Kara who was their local agent and what a breath of fresh air she was! So different from my previous agents - who I had to pay to leave! Kara did everything absolutely professionally but in a much less hurried and more considerate way. She took time to get to know me and more importantly, my house. And I'm sure she did a great job at 'selling' the house to prospective buyers during viewings. Quite honestly, there was no comparison between my first agents and Mr and Mrs Clarke and I'm so glad I contacted them and found Kara. She helped to make what could have been a fairly stressful experience much less so, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She's also a very good listener and problem-solver and is able to handle any difficulty in her calm manner. And...just as importantly, she never asked me to drop the price of my house! If all Mr and Mrs Clarke's agents are similar to Kara...and judging by other reviews on here, they are...I would definitely recommend selling a home with them.

Brilliant experience !! After 18 months trying to sell our beautiful home with a well known national estate agency (with minimal viewings and cancelled appointments) a friend recommended us to engage the services of Mike Watkins of Mr and Mrs Clarke. The experience from start to finish was first class. Mike Watkins personally took complete charge of the marketing strategy which included an excellent 'walk through video' and a written description of the property together with key features of the surrounding area which reflected his knowledge of effective marketing. The result was that the property sold within 3 days for the full asking price. The difference between the quality of service which we received from Mr and Mrs Clarke (5 star) and that which we received from the previous national estate agents (1 star) cannot be over-stated. As the fee was also very reasonable and competitive, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mike Watkins of Mr and Mrs Clarke to any prospective Sellers ...........simply excellent !!

Would recommend using Mike. He had to deal with a couple of interesting bidders who lead us up the garden path at the start of the sale process. His marketing was excellent and the use of professional photos enhanced the selling. Once purchase had been agreed he went over and above what other agents would do. He met builders and surveyors at the house. He has a good list of contacts for house clearance and removal services.

Excellent customer services When I decided to sell my flat I was looking for estate agent that I can trust and able to contact whenever I have any queries or questions and Mr and Mrs Clarke estate agent tick all the boxes. From day one of me selling my property to the day I exchanged contract to my new property, I dealt with one agent (Mike) whom I could contact anytime of the day or out of hours and he will answer any queries or questions. GoogleIn a nutshell, Mr and Mrs Clarke Estate Agency are outstanding. We simultaneously bought a flat and sold a house with them and they could not have made the experience more pleasurable. These transactions are commonly fraught with complex administration and anxiety but the agency made everything straightforward. They consistently had a professional but warm and familial approach, which was exemplified by our point of contact, Ben Evans. We have been in our new house for a couple of months and we are overjoyed to have found such a great property. We have already recommended the agency to friends and we will continue to do so.
