Undertaking this whole process was made so easy with Paul and the team. Started with the best photos I’ve ever seen of our house we nearly changed our minds! Followed up by a buyer found in 2 viewings days we had and then after it fell out Beth came to the rescue and found us another buyer in less than 3 days and although I can’t say my buyers been easy she has been a star ⭐️ every step managed brilliantly, the extra mile achieved and exceeded and even at the last hurdle of exchange Beth has been in comms whether it’s evening or weekend when urgent bits have arisen. After local estate agents pricing it quite clearly to sell quick the team got 145k over what we’d been told by the locals and so we are delighted to recommend them 100% and I’d go as far to say you don’t need an estate agent on your doorstep in the modern world, go for one with your best interest and the best price win mind as well as a service that has been amazing (if I could add a gif onto this, it would be the one where Obama drops the mic….

5 star attention to detail

Met Mike from Mr and Mrs Clarke a few weeks ago when we asked him to value our property. Mike changed my perception of estate agents for good as it was like a breath of fresh air. There was a real difference to the service offer by MIke compared to the other agents we had out. It was no competition in the end of who to choose to sell our home. He took time to understand every inch of the property, the features, the work that had been completed, highlighting key selling points that would really make a property description shine. He also knows lots about the local area, the pubs, schools, restaurants, cafes and shops which all helps to sell our home. Looking forward to selling our home with Mr and Mrs Clarke.

Edd, who managed the sale and purchase for us, was excellent from the point of the offer being made all the way through to the completion day (and even after). He was always extremely patient and ensured that this complex sale (which involved a fairly lengthy chain) got over the line. I hadn’t imagined I would be recommending an Estate agent. Ben Evans at Mr & Mrs Clarke changed my preconceived ideas. We had moved on from other Estate agents in frustration. Mr & Mrs Clarke proved to be creative, knew how to photograph a property to best effect and worked well as a team to get our the house on the market. Rather than dropping the price to gain more interest, they choose to think of ways to upsell the special features and lifestyle our house had to offer. And possibly best of all, the excellent communication maintained throughout by Ben Evans was really appreciated. He kept everyone involved at every stage. I was impressed and hadn’t expected to be. Mike is incredibly knowledgable, kind and helpful.

Mike has been incredibly helpful and would highly recommend him to anyone! We first met Mike when he was showing us around a property a few years ago, the viewing experience was like no other, Mike's way of work and helpfulness definitely stood out and stuck with us. Our experience has been nothing but positive - we have recently sold our flat through Mr & Mrs Clarke, following a previously unsuccessful attempt with another local Agent. From the start Kara was extremely approachable and offered a considered professional opinion on how best to re-market the property, whilst at the same time, setting a realistic price guide as to what it could potentially achieve on the open market. Kara managed the entire process from marketing/photographs, offering advice on how to dress the property together with all the viewings - we’re delighted to report that after a short period of time, an offer had been made and accepted. Kara then went on to provide regular updates to all key parties, on the progress being made with the sale. One of the reassuring aspects of this was that any queries were always dealt with promptly and nothing was too much trouble, even though emails were sometimes having to be sent outside of standard office hours, she even helped with the cleaning and clearing of various cupboards! Throughout the whole process Kara put time and effort into supporting us, and as a result, we would not hesitate to market (or indeed buy) through Mr & Mrs Clarke in the future. Refreshing, professional service

We put our house on the market in October and just completed this weekend. Mike was brilliant, he held our hands through the whole process. He has a really refreshing approach and often went above and beyond for us. In particular when our initial sale fell through, he put a lot of effort in to mediate between us and the buyers. Our photos looked amazing, drummed up a lot of attention. The house was sold within a week (twice). Mike is clearly very knowledgable of the housing market.
