Stunning & smooth service - friendly and super helpful and responsive

I recently bought a house with Mr & Mrs Clarke as the Estate Agent for the process. Paul was incredible throughout the viewing and offer stages, always responsive and helpful, and super friendly. After the offer was accepted, I dealt with Grace who was exceptional in her communications - clear and approachable so I always knew where things stood and that I could go to her with any questions / concerns and that I would get a swift response. Overall it was an excellent experience, one that I would look to repeat in any future purchases! So really it's a MASSIVE thank you to the team for helping me get the purchase over the line - would highly recommend the experience!!

Best estate agents out there!

I would highly recommend Mr & Mrs Clark. We received awful service from a different local company so changed agents and wished we'd been with Mr & Mrs Clarke from the start! Amy was professional, communicated with us and kept in touch throughout the whole process. The stress of moving house was made far easier by responsive, friendly and competent staff who care about their clients. Don't bother looking elsewhere.

Selling a house doesn’t have to be hard

Selling a house can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be…enter Mike. We recently sold our home whilst living abroad and my wife and I can not recommend Mike enough as a data driven, rapportful, industry disruptive estate agent. From the marketing of our property, to the staging, to the out of hours WhatsApps, to having a list of contractors to help with snagging when we are out of the country, Mike will go above and beyond for you and your buyers to have a good customer experience. If we are ever in need of an agent in the area again, we sure know who we will be calling!

Never want to work with a different agent again

We sold our home with Kara, Mr and Mrs Clarke Warwickshire. The experience was entirely different to any other house sale I have completed. The way MMC market homes is unrivalled, the professional photography from Rachel was incredible and really showed off how special the home was. When we booked the valuation I already knew I wanted to use Kara because I had seen how MMC marketed homes but I thought they would be significantly more than a high street agent because of how amazing they are but they are very competitively priced! I didn’t have to stress or chase things throughout the process with solicitors because Kara was on it all the time. I’m only sad I’ve moved out of the area so won’t get the chance to work with Kara again. But the next time I do sell a house it will most certainly be with MMC. Hopefully I can experience buying with MMC too. Thank you x

Superb quality service from Mr and Mrs Clarke

From the word go Mike went out of his way to accommodate my wife's and my needs. He quickly, and as it turned out accurately valued our property. He secured several potential buyers, and gave us the hassle free time to find the special type of property we were looking for. Mike doesn't appear to have a normal working week. He puts in whatever hours are necessary to make things happen. I always got the feeling that he was available 24/7! Late evenings, weekends, whatever it takes. This is the tenth move I've had and Mike's the most conscientious estate agent it's ever been my pleasure to deal with. No wonder this moving experience has been such a positive one!

We are so glad we chose to work with Edd Holt when selling our house. At the photo shoot for the creation of the online brochure Edd and his team ensured our house was presented in the best possible way. It felt like we were on a film set!! Everything else was taken care of by Edd from then on, until the sale was completed. The communication with Edd was excellent, on some occasions speaking a few times daily to arrange viewings, agree the sale price and subsequent queries that are to be expected in any house sale. We definitely felt as though we received specialist treatment rather than being a number on a list of properties with one of the larger estate agent chains. We would recommend Edd and Mr & Mrs Clarke 100% and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

Excellent people to work with, Mike was honest and friendly showing me around, nothing hidden in the Sale. Mrs & Mrs Clarke sold our house in Rogerstone and were brilliant form start to finish. Their approach to marketing and selling the property was proactive, fresh and very effective. Our first home with help from Mike

We have just moved in to our first home.Mike was brilliant from day 1. The house looked amazing and he secured it for us the day we viewed it. We were worried we might end up in a bidding war with other families and being first time buyers might have gone against us but Mike contacted the seller straight away with our offer and immediately took it off the market without the worry of having to go to last and final offers. He worked around our schedule to view the property multiple times and answered any questions we had and sometimes responding late into the evening after business hours which helped a lot as our conveyancing had a few complications. Thanks Mike for making our first journey onto the property ladder as stress free as it could be.

Undertaking this whole process was made so easy with Paul and the team. Started with the best photos I’ve ever seen of our house we nearly changed our minds! Followed up by a buyer found in 2 viewings days we had and then after it fell out Beth came to the rescue and found us another buyer in less than 3 days and although I can’t say my buyers been easy she has been a star ⭐️ every step managed brilliantly, the extra mile achieved and exceeded and even at the last hurdle of exchange Beth has been in comms whether it’s evening or weekend when urgent bits have arisen. After local estate agents pricing it quite clearly to sell quick the team got 145k over what we’d been told by the locals and so we are delighted to recommend them 100% and I’d go as far to say you don’t need an estate agent on your doorstep in the modern world, go for one with your best interest and the best price win mind as well as a service that has been amazing (if I could add a gif onto this, it would be the one where Obama drops the mic….
