EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!

Well what can we say….nothing but EXCELLENT!!!! Amy our estate agent sold our house within 2 days and was nothing but lovely, professional and so efficient with getting everything done. Honestly nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent! We had a WhatsApp group and Amy was always quick at replying or calling back. THANK YOU AMY for helping us get our dream home! I now feel like I’ve lost a friend as we no longer have to chat daily. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Mike was really helpful from day dot of our (relatively smooth!) sale. We have a young family and being able to use WhatsApp to communicate made life so much easier! Mike communicated anything that arose from our buyer and due to the nature of communication, this was always easily remedied. Mike’s team were super professional and quick to act when we needed to get our house on the market within a small time frame and he worked hard to get us the best price possible for our home- not to mention selling it to our first viewer. Gemma was proactive from the moment we…

Gemma was proactive from the moment we met.I’ve moved a great deal and dealt with many estate agents but with Mr &Mrs Clarke you really get a personal service.We we’re constantly updated which was reassuring and didn’t have to chase for information. The photographs on Rightmove were particularly good.Several friends remarked on them.They we’re fresh and well presented.No overdone wide angled distorting photos.The description was creative in that it suggested opportunities to re figure the existing house to suit various needs. I could leave messages on Whatapp anytime and know that I’d get an answer.No ringing offices/receptionists etc. All in all it was a refreshing change from the normal route and I will certainly be using them again.

Mike from Mr and Mrs Clarke has been nothing short of exceptional throughout the whole conveyancing process. From the expert and personally handled photography session to the exceptionally presented listing, then onto an incredibly professional viewing process, Mike handled everything in a timely manner with superior communication at all parts of the journey. Once our house was under offer (within a week and a half of listing in an increasingly challenging market), Mike did everything to keep things running smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure the chain completed when some complications arose. He dealt admirably with my anxiety of things falling through and made sure we reached the finish line as quickly and efficiently as possible (much to my relief!). First experience with Mike can only be described as an absolute pleasure. A really high standard of service and outstanding communication, often outside of normal operational hours. Nothing is too much trouble. From the moment we met Mike, he makes conversation very easy and has been extremely transparent throughout the whole process. I have dealt with other estate agents as both a buyer and a seller but Mike is in a league of his own. He is very professional and makes you feel at ease through what can be a complex process.
