Edd Holt at Mr & Mrs Clarke goes above and beyond

From the moment we met Edd Holt at a viewing at another property, we knew we wanted him to help us sell our house. His approach and knowledge about the house were impressive. We were not disappointed with the level of service and support that we received. The whole process was so smooth, and we felt supported all the way. The photos of our house made it look like something out of the Country Living Magazine; we actually commented that they gave potential purchasers a natural feel for the house. Best of all they managed to achieve substantially more than the marketed price. Very Happy 🙂

My review is regarding our experience with Tish who was such a delight to work with. She was very personable and delt with us so professionally. She showed us one of the properties that she was responsible and made it a very memorable experience. Not only did she know all the minute details about the property but she was also thought to let us know about all the activities around the area. She was well prepared and brought us a custom made document to highlight all the major attractions around the area including the popular cafes and nearby experiences to try. Even though we did not end up getting the property but kept in touch always trying to be supportive and helpful in our search for a perfect home! I'd love to deal with agents like her all day everyday. Thanks for giving this wonderful experience.

Brilliant Experience

After 18 months trying to sell our beautiful home with a well known national estate agency (with minimal viewings and cancelled appointments), a friend recommended us to engage the services of Mr and Mrs Clarke. The experience from start to finish was first class. Mike Watkins personally took complete charge of the marketing strategy which included an excellent ‘walk through video’ and a written description of the property and also key features of the surrounding area which reflected his knowledge of effective marketing. The result was that our property sold within 3 days for the full asking price. The difference between the quality of service which we received from Mr and Mrs Clarke (5 star) and that which we received from the previous national estate agents (1 star) cannot be over- stated. As the fee was also very reasonable and competitive, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mike Watkins and Mr and Mrs Clarke to any prospective Sellers…… simply excellent !!

I will admit that I was a little bit dubious about using an agent who at the time was new to the industry but I honestly couldn't ask for a better agent! Mike Watkins​​ really did go above and beyond to get the sale of my property through. I never had an issue contacting him, he would update me at all hours of the day and was there to offer friendly advice when required. I was a little stressed with the sale as the property (purchased through a different company) and he was always there to listen to my issues and crack a joke when needed. All round fantastic service, would highly recommend!

Refreshingly different!

I contacted Mike while looking for a new home for my in-laws. It was incredibly refreshing (not to mention a huge relief!) to speak with an estate agent that was so friendly, approachable and genuine (we have spoken with and seen a lot!) 5* service and someone who understands property…

If anyone is looking to put their property on the market, I a give a huge recommendation to Mike at MR & MRS CLARKE. From the moment I contacted Mike for a valuation I received first class customer service and realistic conversations that reflected the current market and my selling needs. I had been let down by a few high street estate agents and as soon as I signed Mike I had a booking for the next day and my house sold on the first viewing - before photos were even taken. I then put my flat up with him and he did an amazing job staging the property for photos and viewings and again I received multiple offers within hours. If you’re looking for great communication, a personalised service and someone who knows property, from million pound listings to your more average property, like mine, then please give Mike at MR & MRS CLARKE a call. I’m now in the process of buying, via a private sale, and Mike continues to offer great advice and support where necessary. 5* recommendation!
