If anyone is looking to put their property on the market, I a give a huge recommendation to Mike at MR & MRS CLARKE. From the moment I contacted Mike for a valuation I received first class customer service and realistic conversations that reflected the current market and my selling needs. I had been let down by a few high street estate agents and as soon as I signed Mike I had a booking for the next day and my house sold on the first viewing - before photos were even taken. I then put my flat up with him and he did an amazing job staging the property for photos and viewings and again I received multiple offers within hours. If you’re looking for great communication, a personalised service and someone who knows property, from million pound listings to your more average property, like mine, then please give Mike at MR & MRS CLARKE a call. I’m now in the process of buying, via a private sale, and Mike continues to offer great advice and support where necessary. 5* recommendation!

Amazing team of incredibly personable and highly experienced estate agents. They know the market and take the time to build a complete story about your home to secure the best possible buyer. We had 3 offers and they guided us through the process from start to finish with zero stress. Other agents talk the talk but Mr and Mrs Clarke truly are another level. You get the same person throughout and they know everything leaving no questions unanswered for potential buyers. They aren’t a 9-5pm agent either, anytime we or a buyer needed them they were available and responsive. If your looking for a high end partner (not just an estate agent) to sell your home, then I’d strongly recommend choosing MMC. Oh and the photography....wow....totally incredible.

I recently bought a home with MIke and can honestly say that it's been the best experience I've had with an estate agent. Very helpful at every stage of the process even on a Sunday, so thoughtful and genuine too. He really cared about me and made time in his busy schedule to make sure I was ok especially during this pandemic. If you choose Mr and Mrs Clarke as the agent to sell your home you would have made the right choice.

We have only amazing things to say about Vicky! As soon as we first met her we knew that she was perfect for selling our home. Her enthusiasm and love for the property and her job was infectious so we knew that she would help potential buyers fall in love with it too. Where most estate agents think their work is done, following an accepted offer, Vicky really put in every effort to see the whole process through to completion. She was in constant communication with us and our buyers, helping us through every step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Vicky or recommend her to any of my friends looking to sell their houses!

We've been selling two properties with Mike and each time the service was outstanding. From the very start, you feel like you're dealing with a friend, yet everything is very professional. You can text him anytime day or night and you get a response within a minute. Its not your usual 9am- 5pm and that's so refreshing! I loved that you can always count on him. When you run out of cats litter 10min before viewing and he offers to get you some or sort out a dog walker because you're at work and can't get home on time. That's how Estate Agency should be. Everyone should feel being taken care for in this extremely stressful time when you trying to sell or buy your home. Highly recommend Mr and Mrs Clarke!

We have just completed our house sale and I wanted to write a genuine honest review about the team behind Mr and Mrs Clarke. If you want normal head to the high street for a good estate agent who will sell your home,or as we did, don’t accept normal go one better than that and have someone sell your home who actually wants to. From the very first zoom meeting due to Covid times, to the constant communications,the interest in who we are and what the house represents. I knew that when a potential buyer came to view our property paul would be there with his genuinely warm and open nature to answer all their questions as he does his homework. A normal estate agent would sell your home I’m sure but can you guarantee that it’s the same person each time showing prospective buyers the home and that it’s not met with a clipboard and a hurry up scenario that many an estate agents display. We wouldn’t use anyone else, these guys are not normal they are simply brilliant and a pleasure to work with.I’d also like to say a big thank you to the talented photographer they have called Rachael, who brings the whole thing to life.Well done again Mr Clarke ..Debbie and Gareth Skinner

First time involvement with Mike. As a buyer the experience was easy, very professional and relaxed. The whole process was excellent and held at a very high standard. Immediate response to any question or query day is night. Outstanding. I have had several meetings with estate agents In the past but none come within a mile of the standards experienced here.

He is exceptionally hardworking and is extremely knowledgeable. He was calm and authoritative when we were wobbling at various points during the sale and purchase. We really couldn’t have done it without him. Best of all he is very friendly, personable and kind. In short nothing like a normal estate agent and I would go back to him and recommend him every time.

Beth managed to fit us in to view the property multiple times at short notice, helped us navigate communication with our developer and had sensible suggestions at every point. She also helped coordinate with solicitors and work out when they were in office so we could prompt them on relevant days. A good experience overall.

GoogleI used Mr & Mrs Clarke to sell my house in Leamington Spa. They secured two asking price offers within two days of the property going on the market! I was guided through the selling process and was kept informed of progress regularly through until completion. It was a complicated sale (5 in the chain!!!) and at times looked in danger of collapse due to issues further down the chain. Mr & Mrs Clarke did everything in their power and dealt with solicitors and other agents in the chain and the sale went through successfully in the end! I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use their services in the future.

GoogleThey launched the house on the Friday and by Thursday, several people had viewed it, fallen in love with it and wanted to buy it there and then! What a complete turnaround from the several months it had sat there waiting with the previous agents, a little too patiently, for the right buyer to come along. Mike at Mr And Mrs Clarke South Wales certainly knows the difference between what is just a house and what is someone’s home. He goes that extra mile in honest, simple advice in helping to show the best of your home’s story for everyone involved in the journey. I cannot thank him enough.

FacebookI rarely write reviews but in this case I felt I just had to. We just sold our house with Mr and Mrs Clarke and I couldn't recommend them enough. They are unlike any other estate agents we have dealt with. The care and attention to detail from the minute we met with them, to the day we completed was outstanding. They took all of the stress out of the process and quickly dealt with any of our questions. Plus we have the most amazing photographs of our home to treasure thanks to their wonderful photography! FacebookRefreshing. Innovative. Stylish. These three words aren't how you'd normally describe estate agents but this is exactly how you'd describe Mr & Mrs Clarke. They sold my house this month and their help has been incredible. They communicated well with me every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. The way your property is marketed by asking you all the right questions and pictures to show off all the best assets is so unique compared to other estate agents. A special mention for Borja who was amazing, despite hitting some challenges along the way he dealt with every one with top class professionalism. Thank you so much!

FacebookForget traditional agents. Mr & Mrs Clarke Estate Agents offer a completely different approach. They focus on a good customer experience with their mix of superb marketing, stunning photography and great customer service. They also offer lots of little extra touches that help to take the stress out of selling your home. I have sold 2 properties through them now, both for great prices and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Their commission rates are also surprisingly low for such a good service.
