FacebookDifferent isn’t what I would call them. Unprofessional, dishonest and amateur. The only agents that anyone has heard of that want paying after exchange. Failing this they will threaten you with court proceedings and bankruptcy even thou the house isn’t officially ‘sold’. Check the small print and don’t trust them.
