Claire was really helpful and explained all we needed to know about the property and the grounds. We were shown around 3 different apartments and she was the happy to revisit the first as that was our favourite. Claire has been easy to reach and communicate with, and I am very happy with my experience.

TrustpilotAvoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They will try to hold your deposit and take some money and use it to refurbish the property. They tried to charge us for the blinds that we did not break, cleaning fee (even though I have cleaned the house thoroughly before leaving) and paint damages which is very stubtle. Thankfully, we have taken some photos before moving in to that property and showed them some proofs. Until now they are quiet when asked about the deposit. To whom should I report this? Please help me.

GoogleI have been a tenant of leef properties foreleven months now. I have had to move to a bigger place to be with my partner now but definitely will be sad to say goodbye. Would certainly recommend as throughout my tenancy i have found staff, particularly Nathan my block manager and cleaning staff to be extremely helpful, understanding and efficient. I needed a new washing machine installing a few months ago and itv was arranged extremely quickly by Leef. Thank you.

GoogleMy viewing had to be cancelled and rescheduled due to no agent being available to show the house on the agreed date, but once we went to the rescheduled date it was great. I was showed around by Scott who was friendly, chatty, helpful. Great communication with him before and after the viewing, he arrived early to the viewing and messaged me to tell me he was there if we wanted to go any earlier. He answered my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Thanks so much Scott.

Claire from Leef properties was there to answer the door , took me through the house explaining everything that will happen from start to finish. Claire was extremely polite, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend renting properties from Leef properties thanks again Claire

GoogleOne of the worst letting agent. AVOID THEM TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME..THEY TAKE THE DEPOSIT MONEY AND THEN MAKE LAME EXCUSES Just to take that money!! Highly pathetic service of Kelly Nolan who gives you multiple options to take the deposit and then never return it back.. Stay away at all costs..

GoogleShown around a flat yesterday by Scott and any questions I asked he knew rhe answers and was very friendly and down to earth. Been to a few viewings with other agents and half the time you get shrugs or half an answer Scott was brilliant. Got the form to express my interest shortly after requesting it and had several calls today and everything is moving on quickly. Thank you Scott you were a brilliant first point of contact.

This agency is a SCAM!!!! Do not waste your time here! False information provided on the website about the properties with prices not relevant to the actual properties. Extra charges of £334 for a checkup if you are eligible to rent the apartment which they say is non-refundable (WHICH IS ILLEGAL - TENANT FEES ACT 2019).

Ellie Baxendale, the apartment manager has been exceptional from introducing me to the property, answering queries and able to take deliveries when I’m out at work.
