GoogleWe have been working with Leef Property Management for a year now and the service has been amazing. Oliver from Leef has been working very closely with me and is always helpful in answering all my queries. We had a few instances where important messages needed to be passed to the tenant and Oliver was very prompt in responding and conveying these messages to the tenant. Thank you very much, Oliver and we look forward to working with you moving forward.

GoogleFundamentally, letting agencies are pointless businesses. They have no reason to exist, they are solely middlemen shuffling money between renters and landlords. Supposedly, they justify their existence by making that process easier and providing assistance with finding and managing new properties. Not so with Leef Properties. When we were looking for a new rental property, Leef Properties made every aspect of our search more difficult and stressful. We wanted one of the units in a new building in Liverpool city centre that they advertised would be available mid March which we needed as our current lease was expiring end of March. We arranged with Isaac at Leef to view and choose a property in the new building. This was at the start of March mid afternoon on a Friday so we had to take time out of our work schedules. He never showed up and did not answer our calls or texts until much later, barely offering an apology. At this point, we had already paid a holding fee to Leef for the property. We also found out that day that the properties were not available mid March, but end of April! No one had contacted us to inform this nor were we offered a refund on our holding fee. Fortunately we were able to get a one-month extension on our lease so we decided, foolishly, to try and continue with Leef for this new unit. When we finally managed to view properties in the new building, Isaac told us he would send us the pricing info for the units we liked. We did not hear from him for three weeks, nor did anyone else at Leef get in touch with us or return our calls. When we emailed we only get very generic responses, never answering our specific questions. It got to the point where I started to wonder if they were borderline illiterate. As we were rapidly running out of time we decided to search for a new property with another letting agency and were able to find a very nice one, also Liverpool city centre, and move in within a week. We felt very lucky. Leef Properties finally got back to us with the pricing info the day we got our keys. We still have not gotten our holding fee back from them and doubt we ever will because of their predatory contract practices. Apologies for the long post, I had a lot to get off my chest. DO NOT USE LEEF PROPERTIES. They will take your holding fee money and then do absolutely nothing to help you get a new flat. They seem pathologically opposed to doing business with renters. They are the most parasitic, predatory, and useless letting agency I've ever dealt with. Do not be fooled by any of the positive reviews you read about them. I strongly suspect them of purchasing or mass-producing those themselves. DO NOT USE LEEF PROPERTIES.

GoogleAvoid like the plague!! Huge congratulations to Issac and the receptionist for continuing to avoid queries and questions regarding the delays moving into a property that nearly ended up with us not having a place to live. Special Thanks Issac for quickly taking our deposit and going radio silent. Issac was so professional that we only ended up finding out why there were delays from the receptionist after she tried hanging the phone up on me of course! I've worked with customers over the phone and would never dream of treating anyone like that. I hope the directors of the company learn there lessons from this property in Liverpool and have a word with certain employees regarding their attitude and communication skills towards customers. Until then we are just happy that we have got our money back.

GoogleThe company system is quite good in reporting and following up on issues as it keeps a good log. Like to thank Vikki Denis, who is very professional. She generally keeps on top of most things and very polite and easy to deal with. She has been a great single point of contact for me. The rating is of the overall service from Leef, and I would def give 5 stars to Vikki for her involvement. suggestions of improvement for Leef in general would be trying to keep costs down of work done and ensuring all work needed (quoted) is carried out. along with ensuring before and after pictures are def taken by the tradespeople. Also ensuring keeping upto date with the local rates with annual recommendations. if this happens regularly then they def will get 5 stars from me next time.

GoogleSo far, my experiences with Leef properties have been excellent. They have professionally and quickly guided me through the procedure. With special thanks to Sarah who met with my wife and me the first day during the viewing. What an amazing, kind, and friendly woman. She was really lovely to be around and has plenty of knowledge's. Charlotte's email responses took a little while to come through, but when they did, they were kind and thoughtful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

GoogleAfter 4 months of renting with Leef property I have had many regrets. My emails are never being replied by my Property Manager Callum Morris. I will have to be calling everyday whenever I need services and some of them are not being attended to. There is so much dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Charlotte Thorpe has been the only helpful person during the initial stage of getting my apartment. Property manager deliberately ignore emails and never reply. I feel neglected and their inclusivity has to be questioned.

Fast email responses and I think the team are very warm all round. Libby has been my main point of contact and is very kind, professional and is very knowledgeable. Isaac was the first person I spoke to at Leef before entering into a tenancy and was also very professional and the initial process was quick and efficient. A big thank you to the whole team. GoogleI rented a flat from Leef Properties and all I can say is Nathan Bleasdale was absolutely a star, he helped me settle in from the start, helping get my furniture assembled, was there to assist in any issues or problems I had with the flat. Whenever I contacted him either via email or phone he responded immediately if not a day later but always made sure the problem was fixed. I was very happy with the service and the care Nathan showed.

Our property manager, Oliver Carter aka Ollie, looked into it promptly and secured approval from the landlord almost immediately to have it resolved. GoogleI want to share my bad experience with Leef Property. I dealt with them for a year, and once the tenancy ended, they refused to return my deposit. They kept giving excuses and unrelated reasons to hold it back. We took good care of the property and never complained, even though there were many issues. The property wasn’t even clean when we moved in, yet they still tried to blame us. Please be careful and don’t trust them like we did. We thought they were professional, always paid on time, and cooperated with everything they asked. But in the end, they cheated us. I do not recommend using their services.

GoogleJessica Brown, the letting agent at Leef, has been amazing throughout my entire move. She helped me with every aspect of the process and made everything so much easier. She provided all the necessary information, answered every question I had, and kept me updated at every stage. Her support and communication were excellent, and I truly appreciate all the help she gave me. Highly recommended! Jessica gets 5 stars for how amazing she was, I however was disappointed with the property to some extent but she still helped me with that aspect of getting everything fixed and sorted out.
