GoogleIt is a scam to stay with your holding deposit. Do not even contact them. They should be reported to the police.

Hi Silvia. Many thanks for your review. As explained if you do fail the reference process and have provided incorrect information at the start of your application the holding deposit is non refundable as covers the cost of your references.

I have made two attempts to view a property but your form makes no provision for a retired customer, and so is rejected.Your telephone service is shocking, and staff seem trained in dismissive arrogance.Strongly advise you go elsewhere.

GoogleA friend of mine was a Leef tenant, and the communal front door broke so it couldn't be closed. Would you believe, it didn't fixed for like five months? People could just walk in, so a lot of post went missing. Oh, and the lift broke so they had to call the fire brigade, *twice*. How letting agents can get away with this sort of thing is beyond me.
