GoogleI had a viewing this morning with MO from Leef. Very lovely lady and made me comfortable and was willing to answer my questions and provide appropriate advice as well. Was also prompt with sending the details as regards next steps of application. Thank you again for today MO.

Claire showed us round Eastham House and the service was great. She was extremely welcoming and gave us background information on the building, as well as answering all our questions. Would go with leef properties again :)

GoogleHeather at Leef properties was excellent in showing me the apartment and also giving me further info in regards to the bills to be expected and which providers offer the cheapest service. Also she was really bubbly and fun! I recommend Leef properties just because of her!

GoogleHave been associated with Leef Properties now for 14 mths in that time i have had first class treatment from all departments,nothing is any trouble and all the staff are friendly and helpful,i would like to mention Victoria and Samantha for special praise as they have went the extra yard to help an elderly gentleman(some say old 82yrs),i would have no hesitation in renting from Leef,the only reason i am leaving is for health problems,i was happy and contented with my property and will miss the Leef personnel quite a lot. GooglePut down a hold on a property Friday, submitted details for application Tuesday to then be told Wednesday they now operate on a first come first serve, so a person who was stewing on it over the weekend must have come in Monday, submitted the application after I’d already paid to put a hold down. Or they took 2 holds to serve there own purpose Then no contact other than an email to let me know Absolutely shocking service do not use

GooglePoor company, poor treatment, poor service, this is a company whereby they do provide some good service but when it comes to making deposits absolutely sham. Lady came to visit the property on the day i was leaving to advise what amendments i'd need to make, cancelled the appt 2 weeks before, even though she was at my doorstep apparently. I left a 1 bedroom studio pretty much spotless as expected, it was easy work. Said that it would need a full renovation and clean on a brand new flat. Scam, be weary when leaving your property, I couldn't be bothered to fight for the deposit as it wasn't much, but the lady even had the nerve to tell me no one else in the new block of flats got their deposit back - that's when i knew these cons need to be ousted. I don't like to leave reviews, but I do like to look out for others who may not be in a good position when moving house or apartment.

GoogleIf you are looking to rent a gaff then look no further, from applying to having everything sorted and moved in it was less than 2 weeks.. absolutely soundddd that is! Claire sorted everything even being patient with me as I’ll be honest I’d loose my head if it wasn’t screwed on! She’s brill! Easily contactable and fast replies to any questions! Only downside is they don’t pay your bills and clean you’re flat.. absolute liberties !! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

GoogleLeef have recently taken over the management of the apartment building i live in so far they are proving to be great to deal with, they are always available via telephone and email. When they took over the building there was outstanding problems left by the previous management team they where quick to start working on getting these resolved. I personally have been dealing with Elizabeth Kellet from the start I have found her to be professional and efficient in dealing with my enquiries and issues.

GoogleI am incredibly grateful to have recieved amazing customer service from Leef property management during a very stressful time of need. Thank you to the manager from the office, Samantha H, who was incredibly kind and considerate towards me as a tenant. Samantha has gone above and beyond to help and I am very thankful for all of her support. Also Joe , the managing Director , has also been incredibly supportive and delivers great customer service to ensure his tenants are looked after. Considering how busy he must be as the director , I’m so impressed that he puts his tenants first and maintains fantastic communication with you when you need it. THANK YOU!

GoogleI have just left a property that I rented for 7 months with Leef Property on behalf of the landlord. I had a few communication issues throughout (but I think that was my fault as I forgot to request a contact list and only really had the office number!) but that being said, when I had an issue with my shower, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. Claire met me today to collect my keys, and had travelled a fair way. She was punctual, friendly, reassuring and helpful, and the best person I dealt with at Leef throughout the tenancy. A good ending to a good tenancy, overall. Thank you very much for your help Claire!

GoogleI had a viewing today with Sarah from Leef. She was patient and explained in details all questions asked. I receievd my application form promtly and followed the guidance provided during the inspection. The viewing itself was welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend Leef Properties and Sarah.

GoogleAppalling experience even just trying to book a viewing. Apparently the aartment I want is in 'High demand' but its been available for over 2 months on righove with the same letting agent. Leef haven't responded to my emails and they don't answer their phones. I certainly wouldn't use this company as a landlord or tenant.
