GoogleI got the keys to my new apartment today, Carol showed me round initially and she was very friendly and helpful. Today I met Sarah who gave me the keys and was also just as friendly and helpful. They both made the process of moving into the apartment easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Leef to anybody looking to rent :)

GoogleTook holding fees off myself and others, have been sat on it for over a week (still not paid mine back to me although they have let the property to another family - which they didn’t inform me until I chased up the progress of my application following paying the holding fee). They are holding funds purely to accumulate interest and are operating unlawfully. What is the holding fee holding? Absolutely nothing. GoogleWouldn't use this company ever. Absolute scam. All they want is to take deposits and decline with no reasonable excuse. Another company looking for easy ways of making money out of hard working genuine people. Keep away at all costs.

GoogleVery poor experience with these people, I reported a neighbouring property that has been let out by Leef as there is mortar missing from the roof which could impact on my own (owned) property to which they said they would get repaired by their own maintenance team but still not done. If leef read this review they will know exactly who I am... they even allow sub letting?? They are not very good and slow with communication.
