GoogleWould give negative stars if I could. Had so many problems at the apartment that they didn’t sort out (no toilet seat or cleaning done before we moved in). Moved out 5 months ago and have not received our deposit back.

GoogleI had Worst experience with Leef Properties. Even after having email confirmation about viewing, they still said I was not in viewing list and onsite agent never picks up her phone from agency. Waste of time, irresponsible and definitely not professional

GoogleExtremely irresponsible agency. Was replied with a booking confirmation to view a property but can't reached them afterwards. I travelled 3 hours to view the house but was not even told the viewing will not be carried out. Unreachable via phone calls nor emails. Such a waste of my time!

GoogleFirstly, let me start with the staff that showed me around (Sarah), she was very friendly, amazing, punctual, and helpful. She is very good in her job. And for the house, it is the best I have seen, very neat, brand new, and well spacious. I love the amazing environment.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Have left me with water leaking through the roof for months on end on two occasions. There's also been mould all over the ceiling and walls that they won't deal with, and they took the ceiling down weeks ago and haven't covered it up again.

GoogleInitially I had a few problems with the property I was renting through Leef, but Vikki and Kaye helped to culminate the issues together and organised solutions that were logical and well-thought out. The customer service I received was fast and professional, this is definitely a strength of Leef.
