GoogleConstantly lie to try and sell your the property, and then force you to jump through relentless hoops to try and get issues fixed. Only gave 1 set of keys to 2 tenants on the tenancy agreement and then expect you to pay extortionately for the 2nd set.

GoogleFantastic service by a lovely team. Vicky helped set me up with the right contacts and Sam helped me with all the emails regarding properties that may interest me. Can’t complain about there knowledge or help in any way. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I was shown around various properties and was greeted in a friendly way, I was put to ease through the whole process.

GoogleWe’ve rented with Leef for the past 3 years (and mainly went through Vikki). The process of moving in was really smooth (especially whilst moving over Covid) and anytime since when we’ve needed to contact they’ve been really responsive and have resolved any issues promptly.

GoogleThe worst property management ever.. 1.The respective property manager never answers the calls. 2. Issues raised will be resolved after minimum of 3 months. 3.They charge huge amounts from deposits even if nothing is broken/spoiled. 4. Always gets rude responses on emails

From Emily in the office keeping us updated and answering any queries we had, to Suzanne who dealt with our application very efficiently and swiftly. Then Claire who checked us in was very friendly and made us feel at ease letting us know if we needed anything to give her a call.

GoogleCan’t be bothered showing up at viewing or honouring their commitment. To top it all off not only do they not show up, they don’t bother responding to emails or calls when they’ve booked you in to a viewing they’ve not turned up for!
