GoogleHow disappointing. Had a viewing booked for today, called over 5 times over the space of a hour and they just hang up the phone everytime after keeping me on hold for 10/20 minutes. Had a viewing booked for today with Joanna and she didn't showed up, nobody to inform, no way of getting through, I'd rather not live in a property that is managed by such a shocking company

We were showed around by Heather, who was just hilarious and super relatable! She made the process super easy and responded back to my messages quickly. Since moving in we have had a couple of issues and currently waiting for our windows to be fixed as we can’t open them very much. So hopefully that gets sorted soon.

Had a viewing today through Leef Properties and was greeted by a lovely women called Heather. She was really enthusiastic and engaging with us about the property. She treated us like everyone else and didn’t make us feel unworthy of the flat for being students. Highly recommend using this company when looking for a flat. Best service.

I have had the worst experience of my life with Leef property management. It started way before I even started my tenancy contract, should’ve seen the red flags from the beginning. They told me I could move in on a certain date, and made me wait 2 weeks after that date during which period I was homeless, I had to stay with my friends. Every time I tried calling them, the agents were extremely rude and hung up on me most times and never returned any of my calls. The elevators were broken for a whole year, they did nothing about this, and did not respond to the emails I sent. Any time I had any issues I could never reach them. Finally when I decided to get out of that horrible place, I tried calling them and emailing them several times, so I could end my contract. No response again. I would send emails and calls every single day just so I could get someone to help me figure out how to end the tenancy. When they finally got back to me, it was too late and they are now expecting me to pay the rent for another month when I’m not even going to be living in the property. When I tried to reach out to them regarding this, they showed no empathy for everything they put me through, just made it seem like they were not responsible for any of the inconveniences. I’ve never had to go through such horrible service with any other agents, and I'm writing this review so that nobody else needs to go through this.

GoogleRented a property through a different company then leef took over. They immediately increased the rental price, ignored queries which resulted in the build up of black mould and they don’t even have an emergency contact number to rectify immediate issues. They are a very scummy group of people who will try their hardest to not spend but will take everything they can. Would not rent with these guys ever again.

GoogleI have been with Leef since they started when they sorted out a mess left by a previous agency. They have provided a first class service ever since and my current account handler, Oliver Carter, maintains the standard. He is prompt and efficient and makes my life as a landlord as smooth as possible. (Sorry about the photo).

If i could give no stars i would! Absolutely appalling customer service! Do not look after properties or tenants at all.Before moving in i queried a few issues. Cracks in walls leak stains on ceiling etc and these were basically just painted over to appease me as a week after moving in they reappeared i reported and to this day having just moved out the stains are still there and getting worse. The property i moved out of is riddled with damp and has been for easily 2 years reported numerous times its been ignored. Various issues with the property over the 2 and half years i lived there most issues ignored. The odd issue that wasn’t ignored took months to sort.Front door lock broke so it couldn’t be locked the issue was ignored for a week and only sorted as i rang and refused to take no for an answer.The property hasn’t had a gas safety check since January 2021 reported the issue but apparently it has lies as it hasn’t been done.Avoid at all costs use your well earned money on another property and another company Leef are far from worth it. I feel sorry for anyone stuck in one of their properties with no way out

I am extremely thankful to Mrs. Kaite, who is the one in maintenance department and also thankful to leef property management.
