Here's the problem with Trustpilot - it can be exploited by companies trying to sweeten people up into give them a great review before they've actually really used their services, which gives a false representation. And that's what happened to me today.

Googleplease stay away from this agency, they don't answer emails, they don't solve problems, they just want you to pay rent every month, but for some problem they don't want you to hook them up. for a month my heating is not working, I write emails but there is no answer. The clothes are not dry, the weather is not so warm, and then there is mold in the rooms. don't believe the fake reviews

This is the worse property management agency! Really wish I never got involved with them. They’ll frustrate you out of your mind. Issues don’t get resolved on time and all they care about is rent. You’ll be damned to rent an apartment through Leef. Customer satisfaction is never their priority. It could take 6-8 months to get issues fixed. Definitely do not recommend!

GoogleGreat customer service from Leef - particularly in getting things fixed. Really easy to deal with and no delays in resolutions. Particular shout out to Deborah in Maintenance, who is always on the ball and very responsive; and Abigail in accounts too. If only all landlords could be like this!

GoogleFantastic experience with Claire, I received a quick response via WhatsApp including a video of the property we enquired. Any replies were quick and informal and we were booked in for a viewing the next day. The interaction was very friendly and we were shown around the property with plenty of details we needed to apply and go forward, she was very helpful and would recommend.
