GoogleEmily, as always, has been very helpful. Our portfolio has been let through Leef for approximately 10 years and we have found them to be helpful and responsive. That relationship, like any, will be as good as all parties involved. As landlords, we respond to and deal with maintenance issues quickly because we think our tenants deserve good quality homes. Not all landlords are the same; additionally, any communal maintenance issues (in blocks of flats) are out of the control of both Leef and owners as they are managed by the service charge / block management companies - something that few tenants understand.

GoogleIf i could give no stars i would. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. They over charge for substandard properties that aren’t fit for purpose and they neglect tenants. I have just left a tenancy and glad i have Take my advice and avoid at all costs

Hi Kirsty - many thanks for your review. We are unable to overcharge for properties as the market dictates rents, not us. We simply market the properties for what the demand will allow us to do so. If we were to overcharge nobody would rent the property.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have be using Leef since their inception. Over the years I continue to be impressed with their service and have moved my entire portfolio under their management. Leef provide regular & efficient updates on tenants & maintenance issues allowing me to ensure tenants are looked after with a quality service. In addition, during renewals or re-letting Leef provide all necessary information & marketing to ensure properties are let effectively & efficiently, with Emily Lord being particularly helpful in this regards.

GoogleHave had a good experience with Leef over the past year largely due to our property manager Vikki who took care to ensure that any problems were dealt with politely and quickly! She has been especially helpful as we have been nearing the end of our tenancy and has gone out of her way to keep us posted about updates with the flat while we are out of the country. Glad to have been liaising with her over the past year :)

GoogleThe renting process from start to finish was one of the easiest I’ve ever had with Leef Properties. Scott showed me round the flat and was great with giving me all the information I needed for move in, replied to any queries straight away and in general had a really positive attitude towards everything which was great! Kelly helped me with my renting application, any issues/ queries with the referencing process, and managed to speed this process up massively which was much appreciated. I didn’t have to chase either of them on emails or by phone, they were always available to help and answer any queries. In general the two both had really positive attitudes and actually took the time out to make sure our move in was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Leef Properties for this reason as it’s rare for the process to be completely stress free and easy!

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING RENTING FROM LEEF!!!This company in my opinion, is without a doubt is the most disgustingly unscrupulous and cruel company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I will be commencing with Legal Action against them imminently, full details will be provided to all who wants them once this has concluded. Issues including severe mistreatment, attempted fraud, complaints, repair issues, rats, crime, drugs and property management issues, full transcripts, images, emails and repair notes. I will start to share as soon as I am able to do so legally - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they are the absolute worst in my opinion!!!

GoogleI would highly NOT RECOMMEND this agency to anyone. They will pin each and every single fault in the property against you at the time of check out and make a case to deduct from the deposit. Make sure to have clear evidence of every single item, nook and spot at the time of check in and DO NOT take the word of the letting agent that it will be covered in their inventory report because it simply wont be.

GoogleI dealt with claire on the day of getting the key she was professional and kind and very helpful, but my appointed person is vikki, vikki is very helpful and professional, even tho i can be a big big pain in emailing her all the time asking questions she doesn't have any problems in replying she isn't rude in any way any issues you have she is pretty fast in solving them so thank you vikki and sorry for being such a pain
